After shopping "big box" stores like Ashley and Living Spaces, I have found that Furniture and More for Less provides superior customer service and and more competitive prices. Even better, the store offers offers more affordable assembly and delivery services than what I could find on Amazon.

Bought a sofa on sale last week, I guess they gave me the wrong price and told my husband they would still do what they said. Delivery day was today; they didn't bring the whole sofa set I asked for. Also sets a time on Thursday between 10-11 and calls at 830, I don't answer because I was up all night with my newborn. Owner then calls my husband and says oh your wife said it's ok for 9:00.He lied to my husband about the time, couch wasn't what he said, I was so confused why this became so chaotic and not exciting. I need more furniture and I refuse to ever back. Horrible customer service and the owner is just a liar. Good Luck if you go here....

I am very happy that Tony and Ken offer very good customer service and discount. Sleep haven owner on Mchenry and Roseburg tried to charge me $1,059 for futon frame and futon, but Tony from furniture and more only charge me $450. Tony went out his way to charge me $180 for futon frame, $230 for the high quality futon and after tax was $450. I save $600 for buying my futon frame and futon at furniture and more. Tony and Ken are very nice and helpful coming from me who has shopped at their furniture and more store more than 3 years already.Sinay

I bought a china cabinet for my mom. I saw it in a catalog inside the store and I was told that they have it in stock. When they delivered the item I noticed a defect in every single corner of the cabinet from inside. It was like when they were making it they made a mistake to mark the exact area that suppose to close the door, so it was a disaster!!!!!! When I called and finally could get a hold of TONY, he said oh they supposed to fix it before delivery!!!!!!! Mr. TONY charged me $700 for a defected china cabinet which was $450 and two small leather bar stool which I immediately returned at the time of delivery and never got the refund back because of Covid and store was closed and TONY was not there. Very disappointed. Never ever go there again and recommend YOU to not waiste your time and money in this store.

Note: I have not been in this store. I made a phone call to Tony, explaining that I was donating a mattress to a single mom with 4 children who had just moved into a new apartment. She needed a queen mattress. Tony was able to find just the right mattress and have it delivered within 2 hours of my late afternoon phone call. Thank you!

I purchased quite a bit of furniture from this Furniture store in Modesto.A Ashley couch set,a T.V.Stand that was 1,000 dollars coffee table , an accent tree and a few more accent pieces for my home. So the owner named Tony lacks customer service Skills, the very expensively priced coffee table lost a knobs after only 2 months of me purchasing it and he refused to fix the issue by telling me it wasn't under warranty and that in order for him to fix it he would charge me for coming to my house really?Really after I purchased over 6,000 dollars worth of furniture from you?Shame on you for your lack of great service making sure your customers are happy as well as making sure you b didn't provide quality of service or furniture. I will be filing a complaint with The BBA,And consumer affairs. Don't waste your money or time with this furniture store because once they get your money they'll treat you like trash.Never buy anything that's over priced with no warranty. They sell all their furniture over priced and I seen many of their items other places for much less.Do your research before spending your money with these Losers!!!!

I bought a reclining sectional in August 2021 and went on a travel work assignment for 3 months. Upon returning home during the holidays, we soon realized the reclining mechanism did not work properly and would recline all the way back without being able to control it. We contacted the store multiple times, only to get told the rep would be contacted but then was told "mishandling" the furniture was not a reason for them to replace it. Since then, the reclining mechanisms have worsened, still recline ALL the way back with no control AND now do not fold down on the foot. A waste of money for something that didn't ever work properly in the first place. Now again, searching for new furniture fed up with the awful quality here.

The best furniture store if you ask for something that is not shown on the sales floor . You can actually practically design you're own furniture its amazing. They are not pushy at all , but if you want furniture you need to take time to look at everything that they offer . They deliver they are honest and the prices you can not beat them . I give them 5 stars because they really are that .

I LOVE coming here! It’s been a great experience both times I have been here and I will most definitely be back again! I bought a great couch at a pretty decent price, and I bought a beautiful floor lamp that I can’t wait to get! Great service and they are funny ? felt like we had known each other for years when I walked in :)

Wonderful experience !! I found something I liked on their website and called. Tony took the call and gave me a price with tax and delivery all the way to Sonora with a discount. I came and paid the next day, no quorums on price. He told me 2 weeks, but he actually delivered it in 8 days! What a total difference from Ashley who kept on delaying my delivery (3 times 6 weeks apart), even after a botched delivery attempt. I absolutely love this bedroom set and saved money ! The quality is very, very nice. Totally pleased with everything! Tony is a very pleasant fellow.

Garbage sofas at designer prices. Bought reclining sofa and love seat set July of 2020 and they literally on its way to the dump. Don't waste your hard earned money here.
