Horrible customer service definitely understaffed have a line on three people ahead of me at 7pm barely and they can't hire enough people to open up another lane crazy and the line is so long behind me how sad

Really bad quality on meats old dates , prices are double than WinCo , bad bad service,I went on a Monday only 2 registers open big lines , self checkout had no one to help and people buying more that 30 items , produce was bad quality, bad bad customer service ?

IF I COULD GIVE FOODMAXX 0 STARS I WOULD!! Today is May 17, 2024. I went shopping at Foodmaxx to buy my groceries when I was approach in the Hispanic, some Mexican guy I will say he wanted me to buy some jewelry off of him a necklace that he was trying to sell he said it was 14 karat gold with a pendant. I do not appreciate this when I'm shopping at Foodmaxx. He said in Spanish that if I was going to give him anything that he was hungry, he was asking $50 he said anything that I was willing to give him, but I don't appreciate this especially when I'm shopping for groceries for my family, This is very inappropriate. I go to a grocery store, especially Foodmaxx to buy my groceries. I don't appreciate being approached by somebody or anybody, to pawn/pass up the jewelry to me, This happened today around 2:00 in the afternoon, it happened right there in the main aisle where they had some Mexican pottery. The guy didn't speak English so I had to speak Spanish and of course I told him no I was not going to buy any jewelry. He said he was really hungry. He needed the money and I told him no that I would not do it, I went to Foodmaxx to buy groceries and that is the reason I was there. I got upset. I continue to do my grocery shopping. Went to self check out bought my groceries and I left. No I did not tell the manager, but I am writing this review for other shoppers to beware!! ...

Store stoled my money. Paid for my groceries and didn’t receive anything they said it never came out on their end. When I showed them they charged my bank and they said I would get refunded still been a week still nothing. Manager or cooperate office doesn’t do anything to help you. All the years I worked for this company and the disrespect.

Could be managed in a better way with polite & respectful women standing at the cash register instead of rude & insulting women.
Selection of food & vegetables is really good. It's just the staff which makes you feel unwelcome. New Sushi selection is pretty good.
