“I needed a last minute arrangement delivered to a hospital not local to me. I found Country Shelf Floral with a quick florist search and I'm so glad I did! Their prices are so reasonable I questioned if it was a legitimate site at first. I went ahead and placed my order and within three minutes a received a call from the sweetest woman who advised me I addressed the recipient card in a way the hospital would not accept and she helped me get it correct. The flowers were delivered the very next day with no issues and were just gorgeous and worth every penny. I really don't ever care to leave reviews but the quality and customer service deserved the extra attention!!”

I’m from out of state and they called me wanting to know exactly what I envisioned which was such a reliever instead of just looking at a inspo photo. The owner, Ofelia went above and beyond, she personally handled every detail to make sure everything fell into place. Everything was delivered to the viewing, my parent's house, and church in a timely manner. Every single flower arrangement was beautifully done, the flowers for the pallbearers were beautifully done, the balloon arrangement was exactly like the picture she was shown, but with a special touch.
