Poor experience. After driving an hour we got there 15 min before they close. The lady meets us before I can sign in and starts out with we close in 15 min. I said ok we come regularly we just need to get him shoes for tomorrows tryouts. Again well we close in 15 min. Ok well he doesn’t need the scans can you look in the computer at his account and recommend a pair. Ok but we close in 15 min. She finally goes back picks 3 random shoes without looking at the computer starts to have him try them on. I asked did you have a chance to look at his account. I will but we close in 15 min. I replied I get it you close in 15 min. I’m asking if these are 3 random pairs or are these actually good for his feet. She had not looked for his account so then she finally goes and looks and the guy that was working that’s helped us out in the past (and done a fantastic job) stepped in and helped her find our acct. my son picked a pair and we paid. The guy that was there asked if I knew that they were holding special days for the teams to come get shoes I said no and he told me about it so I could relay that to the coach. I think it’s great that they are doing that because they are staying open later to make it easier for people to get there and there’s a bunch of other perks. However we didn’t know about it and it was the day before. If she had been my only encounter with fleet feet I would never go back. But the guy that kinda stepped in at the end has also helped us in the past is great. And by the way my receipt says we checked out at 4:59. She could have saved the broken record and just helped us and we would have gotten out faster and with no complaint. But I get it you close in 15 min! Had it been one of my other kids I would have taken my $200+ dollars and went somewhere else. I’m not suggesting to not shop there just wait for the guy to help you. I wish I payed attention to names but sadly I didn’t have time for that because they closed in 15 min!

I came to Fleet Feet from a podiatrist request. The walking/running shoes they sell and the arch supports are well worth the money! The shoes I put on my feet not only ease the foot pain, they relieve the hip and back pain as well.
The people who work there are honest and listen to what you have to say. I won't go to another shoe store.

Absolutely got no help or even recognition when I was in the store holding a shoe. They asked 3 other people if they had been helped they said yes but apparently weren't interested in the 4th customer sitting there pretty sad

The Fleet Feet Modesto has the best customer service and it’s consistent. I can call ahead on my shoes and if they are in stock, they will set them aside for me. Always a pleasure to shop.

The team at Fleet Feet consistently provides exceptional service. I frequently request assistance from Donovan or Makenzie, both of whom are outstanding. However, even when neither of them is available, I always have a positive experience. This consistent quality is why I remain a loyal customer.

My wife had an amazing experience, and she finally bought shoes on Comfort not price. You walk in get greeted promptly, and asked if it's your first time or returning. First timers get a foot scan, then they bring you shoes out based off of your feet, not looks. Which is amazing go get scanned and buy some shoes based off of your feet not looks you won't be disappointed and your feet and body will thank you for the kind gesture
