Always quick and professional. Smaller waiting room than some oil change places, but they have benches and seating outside as well.

I visited this place on a Saturday and brought my vehicle in for the VIP service. Unfortunately, I didn't receive the service I paid for: the floor mats weren't cleaned or shampooed, and the fragrance I requested wasn't added. I ended up going home and doing the job myself. I spoke with Ryan, who wanted me to bring the car back, but since I had already done the work, there was no point.
The next day, I returned with another vehicle to see if they could make things right. Since my other car was already cleaned by me, I saw no reason to bring it back. I asked Ryan if he could rectify the situation with this other vehicle. However, he seemed more concerned about not doing another vehicle and receiving a bad review. He could have easily avoided a bad review by simply making it right, but his lack of concern for customers and his business was apparent.
I will definitely never return here. I highly recommend Vintage Car Wash instead. I've been a loyal customer there for years, and they consistently provide excellent service. They always make things right, regardless of the situation, and prioritize customer satisfaction over avoiding bad reviews.

Oh my God, I had the weirdest interaction today when I was there getting my car washed like I've been going there for a year right and you know I always smoke while I wait for my car to get done however, today I went in and oh my god they were so upset that I smelt like smoke. The lady behind the counter not the original lady it was a new lady. I think it was the owner and his wife but I could be wrong the women starts asking for the air freshener aggressively, spraying it spraying it, all in front of my face all around me. It was so very rude and unnecessary unprofessional behavior. I was so taken back I couldn't believe it. They were talking so much smack about it they do not like the way it smells and she was plugging her nose. I couldn't believe how rude they were Oh my God, they made a huge deal out of it and there was a baldheaded man that frequently works at the oil change(Brandon) I believe saying how he hated the smell. The other two women are laughing there was 4 people in total... Maybe if they smoked a joint together they would lighten up !!! I'm going to be sure I smell like Big pack of joints everytime I go in now!

I called the Oakdale rd location, the First Lady to answer (then transferred my call) was rude as hell. Like, what’s the issue?Second Lady (oil change department) was very nice.Pretty pricey for an oil change, so I took it elsewhere.

When you have advertised and posted hours stating that you're open until 5pm, customers expect for you to still be open when they areive at 4pm.

The cost is now $35. I expected to have the outside clean which it was but the inside except for the floor mats was filthy. I mean really for $35 and I get this treatment. I was lazy and didn't want to drive to Vintage but I will have to go to them to get the inside done.

Best oil change in California they made me feel the best about getting in and out and not paying 100s or more.(58 for my little honda insight) I walked away proud we have a place like this in the valley and modesto. May you all prosper for years and years to come.
