I know this is cliched but if I could rate them a zero I absolutely would. My partner went to print a document that was downloaded to his phone. He was having trouble doing it and asked the person at the counter for help. She told him that the instructions are right there. He told her that he was having trouble following the instructions, her response was to tell him again that the instructions are right there and then to laugh at him so he just left. I called to speak with someone about her lack of help and absolute refusal to do her job. I spoke with Evailia. It took three tries to understand her mumbling of her name when I asked for it. I asked for the name of the person my partner spoke with stating that I was fully aware that he did not have the correct name but said something similar to the name. Her first response was that they don't have anyone with that first letter. I told her that I know what I said was wrong do they have someone that has a name close to which she responded yeah maybe. It is apparent that the majority of the staff will not do their jobs. It is totally unacceptable to laugh at a customer. I know she didn't know this but my partner has three TBIs (traumatic brain injurys) and when he is stressed he has trouble following things which is why he was having trouble with the instructions. Employees should not need to know such things to help patrons. There is no excuse for laughing at a customer that asks for help.

They stole the phone in my package! I was returning a new iPhone 15 pro max back to spectrum & spectrum notified me that the phone wasn’t in the package. Till i then noticed that FedEx labeled my package only 1lb when it’s suppose to be 2lbs with the phone inside. I truly believe someone at FedEx stole the iPhone that was in the box before shipping it to spectrum.

Henry, Lenor and Lynette all stared at me when I walked in and no one addressed me. They made eye contact with me each individually multiple times and kept ignoring me standing at the counter when no one else was in store. Kept continuing with their personal conversation and didn’t even apologize when I pointed out how each of them ignored me for 10 minutes. Horrible service. No excuse

What an unpleasant experience. The girl Delia I believe she said her name was, has to be the most unhelpful person I have came across in a while. My company has an account with you, no I do not want to use the self service kiosk. Quit gossiping with your coworkers about your last customer (who was also extremely put off by your incompetence) and do your darned job.

This is a Fantastic place, very quiet and Clean environment. The Signage is phenomenal very Clear Images Thank You for helping us with a CD most places want a Pdf or Email digitally it's like a Lost Art

This place is amazing! They do everything. I was learning how to use Print and Go. Austin was so patient and showed me several times. And I finally got it. He is a wonderful FedEx employee. I highly recommend this location!

Very slow service. Only one staff on duty during peak hours. Scanning in a FedEx package should have taken seconds but I waited for minutes with no service.

Mariah was super helpful and very patient with us today. We had multiple transactions and she offered the best options in shipping. Friendly service and the store was clean and organized.

I regularly visit this store several times a week on average, sometimes several times a day. Although the wait times can be longer than I'd like (like when John or Jane are shipping internationally), all the employees at this store have been friendly and helpful.Recently, I dropped off an overnight package that did not seem to get picked up as expected. I called to see if maybe it just wasn't scanned, and Lynette answered the call. She asked for last four of tracking, put me on hold, checked and confirmed it did not get picked up. I was extremely disappointed to hear this as I had made promises to a customer and rushed to get the shipment to the store on time. Lynette called the station, confirmed there was still time, and personally drove my shipment to the station to make sure it was delivered on time!I am seriously impressed by this experience, enough to send a message to corporate and leave a rare review here — major kudos to Lynette and the team at this location for their excellent service!
