Was not paying attention sprayed water in my cars dash basically everywhere on me I did not receive an apology, instead as I proceeded to go into car wash workers were laughing… I have had a membership here for 8 years consecutively no problems. My dash is not working anymore I will contact them in morning. 8/5/2024

Overall better than others. Others use cheap stuff. Don't give you towels. Not wash your mats.

$19.99 a month to wash your car as much as you watch, free vacuums, towels, and they hand rinse first, and hand-towel dry at your convenience. Some of the people that dry at the end don't do a great job...the ones that do get a tip!

Not sure how this place is getting all the 5 star reviews. Had to order a degreaser on Amazon after a visit here. Left a thick gunk on all my wheels and bent my front license plate. No thanks.

Long line but had the time, truck was NOT clean! Asked to emphasize windshield right away but initial response was less than enthusiastic. I was quite disappointed until Hector took it upon himself to walk over to the vacuuming station and finish the windshield job excellently! Hector's customer service was notably impressive! He saw my chagrin and made it right. Turned a 2 star into a 5 star. Strong work Hector!
