So unsanitary and unprofessional. She did not even know the difference between hard and soft wax nor did she wear gloves. I asked for an underarm wax. She used the same stick to dip in the wax multiple times and back onto my armpit. I really wanted to get up and run but I didn't. Took her approximately 30+ rips/strips on each arm pit. They are still raw and sore, one with a rash. I really hope I don't have an infection.

Nails are good but had to go home and re-scrub my nails because she left powder all over my fingers and she also nicked me and made me bleed ,after scrubbing I had to put my own cuticle oil back on just so I could take a good picture, there was no way I could take a picture right after because my nails look like they had dried glue on them and didn’t tip $55 I won’t be going back ! Picture is after I did the work at home to make them presentable !

Honestly worst manicure of my life. All I wanted was a change of gel polish on my nails. I immediately noticed as they were taking off my prior gel polish that they were scraping my natural nails causing them to lose a ton of strength and asked her to stop, as my normal tech never does this. This made her angry, and she refused to change what she was doing. Then, she proceeded to give me the most rushed and bizarre manicure. She would paint like 3 nails and let them cure, then paint them all, and then cure again. The result is extremely uneven coverage. There was dried gel all over my cuticles when she was done and the shape was so terrible I ended up spending 30 min when I got home just trying to make my nails look presentable. I’m really disappointed. Getting my nails done is my me time that I splurge for since I recently went through a difficult divorce, and instead of leaving relaxed and happy, i left frustrated and upset. I asked for my money back and was told no. I left in tears.

This place was recommended to me and I've had many pedicures here over last 5 years with mostly very positive experiences. The last time I was in They were playing Fox "News" on Tvs in the salon. I was one of 2 customers, the other on her way out paying no attention. After enduring 20 min of "The Biden Crime Family" and anti-immigrant propaganda it became clear to me that the extra I was paying for the foot and leg massage could not possibly relax me. I asked If the channel could be changed, shut off or muted and was told by staff that they could not control it. I cannot imagine why a nail salon with 100% immigrant workforce would choose to broadcast that racist s_ _ _ but do know I will find another salon with a more relaxing atmosphere.

I went in for a pedicure, I was there for less than 30 minutes within that time she had made me bleed twice on my toe, put too much pressure on one by the fourth time of me yanking my foot away. I said I was done and I Left. It was a horrible pedicure. But they still wanted to charge me $35. And the only thing I had done was a toenail clipping. The lady was extremely rough. Never again

I didn’t actually get my nails done here but the staff are Amazing! The gentleman there saw I needed help with my groceries and helped carry some to my car he didn’t need to go out of his way and help me but he wanted to. Seriously such nice people who actually care ??

The lady cut me twice. The nails didn't cure well and nails messed up she just put polish over it and told me I was done. They are so bumpy. Worst experience. Wish I would've looked them up before going but they're in the wrong location on Apple Maps so I couldn't even see the rating. Never again !

I had read the reviews and still decided to come waste my time here! They say 3rd times the charm? NOT in my case, mind I say I understand I was a walk-in butttttttttt....walked in there Saturday morning and set an appointment for 2:30. When arriving I was told by "Vivian" (who I am assuming is the owner) she was running 30 minutes late. I agreed with rescheduling for Sunday at 10am but I would also be including a pedi. Nonetheless I get there and I want acrylic overlay on my toes and she tells me "she don't do" said something about it taking too long. I SET AN APPOINTMENT and I'm paying for a damn service....I got up and apologized to her for her wasting my time and walked out. Time to keep looking
