I bought something in the clearance cart for $.50. They ended up charging me a the full $1.25. When I went outside and looked at my receipt. They told me that it was against store policy to give me the correct change back. That I could get another of the same item if I would like. After saying that I didn't want another one she told me that I would have to pick out another item in the store. It's not like I was trying to return it or get a full refund. I just wanted to be charged correctly for that item.

this ugly old hag gave the worst customer service and when I went to pay for my items she told another worker to ring me up and when they told her they were getting n lunch she refused to help me even though she was clocked in and offered another customer a discount. Cristina your name tag says "may I help you". And the worst part is she has her kid behind the register with her next to the cigarettes and cash register and when I left had her follow me out. Not only is she a bad employee, she a bad mom too. AVOID THIS STORE.

Not allowed to return medicine right after it was bought...with a receipt.. I accidentally bought the wrong medicine for my son's pink eye explained the situation literally right after I bought it still couldn't let me return it.
Another update: went 10 minutes before closing time to exchange an item because it's broken but they wouldn't let me in and kept saying they were closed. They helped a costumer as well and he had walked out but they wouldn't let me in. If it was closing time at 8:50 pm then why does your door and online website say 9pm??? If you close at 8:50 pm then your dam door/flyers and online website better say the dam same. Bad customer service people in this specific store should be fired and replaced.

Cashier was rude to my mom because she speak broken English. I wasn't there with her,or else I would cuzz the cashier out. She say staff was talking to each other blocking the aisle and she can't shop. I KNOW they don't need that many staff.one for cashier and one for customer service, that's all they need.Because the store aisle are small fit for only one person going through.

The general manager accused me of stealing becuase I set a monster energy drink on my purse. Mind you I was in line to purchase all the items in my cart. He asked to see what was in my purse, I opened my purse. Then tells me to get out, I asked why and he said because I was stealing. He then takes my cart from me and says again get out. He then says to another employee that I wasnt allowed back in. Not happy!
