The owner is a decent, honest, good and fair mechanic. I wish I had found him sooner than the one I found on Craigslist ( Dale, of Mobile Auto Service) he's a scam mechanic.

A very bad and exploitative car repair company, because I asked them to replace the ignition coils and the spark plugs in my car, but they refused to do this work without diagnostic the engine for the second time, only for them to charge me the fee for diagnostic the car twice. This place is the most unprofessional Auto shop I’ve ever seen! The worst customer service!The lady Jennifer who runs this place is rude and angry at all times I was being completely respectful with her and her attitude did not change one bit.

They really care about doing a great job and ensuring that my E350 was running smoothly again. I enjoyed touring the shop floor and spending time with Marlon, the owner. Jennifer at the front desk was very helpful in setting up my appointment and getting my car into the queue as quickly as possible. I will service my vehicle here again for sure.

My experience with Europa Motors was exceptional. The front staff is very professional and friendly. They communicated better than any other auto shop that I have ever used. The owner personally greeted me and explained the repair necessary to keep my vehicle in tip top shape. I felt confident that the work being done was performed by the most experienced and trained technicians. Excellent Service, Friendly Staff, and Peace of Mind! From the beginning of my experience with Europa Motors, the level of professionalism from both Jennifer and Samantha (front office) blew me away. The are so polite and friendly and communicated throughout the entire process of my Audi Q7 service. Even a text message reminder of my upcoming appointment. Then walked in the owner, Marlon! He made me feel super comfortable and more importantly confident that he and his team were the best in the area to service my Audi. Marlon went above and beyond explaining to me the repair necessary to keep our Audi performing the way I expected. He even gave me a tour of the shop which showed me that he and his team are experts, organized, and the cars they were working on were some of the nicest luxury vehicles on the road today. To say that I will only be coming to Europa Motors from here on is an understatement. I only wish I knew about this place sooner. I am already telling everyone I know that this is the best place to come for diagnostic and mechanical repairs with your vehicle.

I had a rear differential go out in my wifes BMW. I tried several places, no call backs or outrageous quotes. Europa motors had the quote ready for me the next day with an extremely fair price. Went in for a diagnostic and they wanted 3 hrs ($450) which is totally outrageous! And wanted me to wait till Feb to get in…..nope not gonna do that ,went to the most reputable place in town and got a $125 diagnostic and a fair repair price…they got my biz!!

When you see mostly 5 star reviews mixed in with a few 1 star reviews, you need to understand that not everyone thinks normally. I do not work for Europa Motors, but I know them very well. This is a very reputable business who only strives to provide the best service possible to all their clients. Reading the negative reviews is upsetting as a business owner. I know that the bad reviews are not reflective of the business, but more so poorly maintained vehicles. Marlon is honest and one of the best technicians in the valley. Don't be influenced by ignorance.
