The staff members make this place great! Always helpful and so courteous. Brought us cold water bottles, as we were working in 108 degrees. Also, it’s easy to reach an actual person on the phone if you have any questions. Highly recommend!

The ladies at the front desk were helpful.All of the ladies there were helpful.They clearly gave me all of the info needed to move in.They made the move-in quick & easy.It seems like they would also be very helpful with the move out.It is a clean facility and so far I am really happy with my unit.I love the benefits they have like using the moving truck or getting reimbursed if the vehicle is down.They help with boxes at move in...is great and the website to post and sell for the renters they offers is ABOVE and BEYOND!Yes, so far so good.I am overall happy to have made theove here to ELLIS STORAGE!
