“My son came up from Southern California with my grandkids to attend his 20th year class reunion. Before leaving for the party, he learned his key fob battery had died so he had to borrow my car to attend the reunion. Since he intended to return home immediately after the reunion, I found myself with grandkids to babysit and no transportation to procure a replacement battery for him. My sister was at a gym located near Batteries Plus but had only taken her ID and gym pass so no way to pay for the soon-to-be-needed battery. Fortunately, Batteries Plus had a very easy solution to all my problems. I was able to order and pay for the battery through their website, which they had in stock, and designated my sister as the pick-up person. When my son came home after his class reunion, I was able to pleasantly surprise him with a fully charged key fob and a couple extras for future use all thanks to Batteries Plus and this additional feature offered through their website.”

“Took my Insignia TV in when the video display had completely died after years upon years of service. The technician at the front investigated my TV for any cracks that may have formed, tested the backlights, and told me it'd be about a week due to shipping of the new parts. I told him of my scheduling conflict late afternoon Thursdays and Fridays (I commute to the Bay those days, can't be in the Central Valley at the same time!)I took my TV in on a Monday. I had it back by Wednesday. After being originally quoted for days after that. Works perfectly.$158 and 2 days for a completely dead backlight? You earned every point on those 5 stars, Digitech.”

“Outstanding service on 65" Samsung TV Monitor purchased in Sept 2020 from Costco! NOTE: This was provided as warranty service. Costco gives you $100 toward an extended 5 year warranty (cost $100) with Allstate. This repair did not cost us a dime. Problem with gray clouds bleeding from top of screen down into picture and some circular spots elsewhere on picture. It was noted only on certain colors (white, blue, light colors). Bryan handled everything promptly and professionally. He was familiar with the problem, contacted Samsung with example of the problem, and they authorized the repair. In and out in 30 minutes. Glad we got this taken care of.”
