Eventually I couldn't get in and this was my 4th metro stop so he helped me just start a new line. I ended up getting my 8 digit code while trying to remember a new one. He still helped me even though it was a bit of a hassle. Everytime I pass by coffee Rd I'll remember justin from metro pcs the man who provided value to customer service . Will always come here for accessories and phone service”
“About 2 weeks ago, my wife and I came here because our wifi no longer was functioning and wanted to know the reason why it was no longer connecting. Ross was able to assist us with our issue. However, no matter what he did, it still was not responding, so we were able to get a new one free of charge. We also had other questions and appreciated his patience with us. “I have used the services of Louis, the Stereo Advisor on two different occasions now, and two of those times were when he was still located in Midtown Sacramento. Since beginning my journey of collecting vinyl audio gear back now ten years ago, I have bought and sold a number of components. My Optonica SA-5406 remains the flagship of my vintage receiver collection. I bought it from the original owner for $60 and it needed immediate attention. I had Louis go through the unit and address a punchlist of items including some calibration of the FM tuner set. He did an excellent job of bringing this unit up to specs and then some. He is highly experienced and charges accordingly.
A few years ago the receiver needed more attention. Also, I had decided to have Louis replace the incandescent radio dial lamps with LEDs. My wife and I took the drive to Modesto from Sacramento and back again to pick the unit up about a month later. Perfect work as expected. I very much respect Louis for his skill and professional integrity, and I highly recommend his services. Don't skimp or compromise on caring for your beloved audio gear. Take it to Louis.”

I ended up buying a huge collectible item and I know GameStop doesn’t have big bags to put big items in but Heidi gave me a box from the back which was above and beyond! I came in 5 minutes before closing with my laptop and phone. Alejandro right away greeted me with welcoming. So I asked him if he had time to show me how to use my hotspot from my phone, so I can have internet for the laptop.
Alejandro is so patient and there for the customers.

“I am so happy this Cricket store is actually open on Sundays! I went to my usual Cricket location on Carpenter Rd to pay my bill on the last day it was due or I would be shut off. According to the hours posted online and on the store door they were open until 6 pm, I was there at 5pm and they were closed. So I had to find a location that was still open and I found the Paradise location was open, I called to verify and the young lady said she was open until 6pm. I was able to pay my bill and not have interupted service.”

“Target is a one-stop shop for my family! We love grabbing a Starbucks drink while browsing the aisles. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and their return policy is hassle-free (like when I recently replaced two items).
Target brands like Good & Gather and Figmint are a lifesaver! They offer high-quality products at affordable prices. We even found some of our wedding clothes here, and it's our go-to store for toiletries, medicine, kitchenware, and groceries.
