Came through in a pinch, when I waited until the day before to have a birthday gift engraved. It was done in less than an hour and it came out beautifully, how I envisioned. ??I called a dozen places and no one could do it and many places were closed because of the holiday. So glad on one of my calls to a store that couldn't engrave my charm, they had suggested El Centro. Otherwise I would have not known, Google didn't populate this store for "engraving near me"?

I love this store!
I got my ears pierced here today, then I went on to choose from their amazing collection of earrings. Got three sets of gold earrings that I can't wait to replace the surgical steel and try them on! (Once I heal haha). Very quick and painless experience.

I went here to have my 14k gold chain cleaned when I came back the young guy who works there had stole my chain and passed me off some cheap replica that wasn't mine the police had to come because him and the owner was trying to say I was lying so I'm in the process of taking them to court.. these people our real crooks and I should've notice that there jewelry is garbage and mine was worth way more, I should of never took it here because of course they'll steal it in that terrible sketchy area...

I asked for camera footage but they declined. And then when they finally caved in they only showed me a small screen recording from their iPhone from one camera. It's a jewelry place it has more than one camera and/or angle. They only showed one angle and that was all. Called it a day. If the owner sees this I need full footage from multiple angles. Otherwise I will take other measures.

Overall rude customer service. Not polite at all .. they glanced at my ring I payed 3000 dollars for .. and said 83 dollars.. didnt even bother to check it . Dont go here

These people are straight scammers. We bought a ring for almost $700. We went to sell it back to them shortly after. Less than a year later and they offered us $40 saying it’s not worth Much. It was still in excellent condition. If it’s not worth much why are you selling it so much ?

I’m writing a review because I think that there are a lot of reviews on here that don’t really show the true side of el centro jewelry. Let me just add that I don’t write reviews often. I’ve been to this store many times the last this past Sunday. They are always very friendly and will to help me find what I’m looking for. A few years ago I went in looking for a gift for my husband, for our 25 th Anniversary I finally decided to get him a watch. I wanted it engraved and it was an hour to close. He was going to visit his family in Europe and was leaving the next day so it need to be done that day. They made it happen. I was so grateful for that. I’ve been sack many times and have always been treated with respect. I hope this helps you make your decision on this place. Have a blessed day!

Went to get my mother a pendant. Was well attended to and the quality and prices can't be beat. Highly recommend for a person looking for personal attention and great value for jewelry.
