I have been having trouble matching paint. I went into the store with a paint code they gave me and asked if they would change 2.813 to 2.5, and the manager, Garret, said that they weren't going to mix up paint according to my asking to change the numbers used by the computer. I asked Why not? I'll pay for it . He said that they could change by a percentage but not by what I was asking. I asked what was the difference? a percentage is a decimal amount. We had , what I would call a reasonable debate, but the more I questioned him about what difference does it make, my decimal or his percent, I could see him getting irritated - - not sure why. Suddenly he said, just a minute went into the office, picked up some papers then headed to the door. "I have another question, unrelated" I said. He said, I can't answer you, I have an appointment, talk to my assistant" and charged out the door. I looked around, didn't see anyone, so hollered out (large building) " Hello, is anyone here?" Immediately a lady charged out, saying "You don't have to shout ! And I heard how you were talking to Garrett,. You were rude, which is why he left. " Really??? That's why he left? " ( I thought he had an appointment, but he didn't - - Hmmm) I asked,"Did you ever hear me raise my voice. Or call any names?" I just didn't get it - - -- Already I'm on the losing end.Me: " I had a question regarding the color coded numbers on the can for Yellow, Red and Black from 10 years ago and how they applied today". She tersely said" that was 10 years ago and all codes have changed since then. Now do you want me to mix you up a color or not, otherwise, we're done here!?" Well, I just had to leave. Rude was defined by `the lady's treatment of me. As I look at the other reviews,I hadn't read before I notice I just had a similar experience as Jackie H. and Juan C -- Jackie H especially.

Alyssa was very helpful in locating the paints that we need. Considering the global paint and supply shortage, they are doing a great job keeping their customers happy during these times.

Staff is rude. I told the guy exactly what I wanted and he kept making excuses not to do it. Had to talk him into it. It's taken 20 minutes to get one quart of paint.

Friendliest guys in town. They delivered the paint I had matched all the way up to Sonora. I have and will be using them on my interior remodel and to repaint the exterior of my house. My company used them for work when ever possible. They have the best paint out there. The Spartashield exterior is superb. I have been a customer with them for a couple years now and don’t plan on going anywhere else. They are a great paint store and have great shirts too. I highly recommend their paint and the service that comes along with it. Keep up the good work guys.

I went in today for the first time to match some of my home's paint (tip, take a pic of the label if you have one and it will have all your info.) Edwin was extremely friendly and helpful. Will go here again, not just for professional painters.

Bad customer service I went in once never returned. Reason why I will never return is because of the service I was provided with. An old grumpy man ignored me for a good while until he finally decided to ask me if he could help. When I asked for help he grunted as if I had ask for the biggest favor ever. Product is great but the service was awful...
