First of I called at 8:15 in the morning hoping to be able to get them over in the next day or two to fix a cracked window for our home showing this weekend. They informed me that they would be able to get me in that same day and would call when someone was available. Not even an hour later they called and they were at the house fixing the window. Amazing!The next day there was a slight issue that normally wouldn't have been a big deal that we could have figured out but since we were running around trying to take care of so many little things we just called and asked if they could come back and take care of it.They were super understanding, came right away and totally fixed the issue. It's awesome to work with a company that stands by their work. Thanks, Robert and Curtis!

Took 5 days to replace 1 window pain. In their defense it was after a bad storm. Price was very high. I have replaced the same pane for $100. This time they charged over 250. Could not take payment on card as I was told they could. Very disappointed as I have always relief on Dons for glass replacement. It is not the business it used to be.

After my rear view mirror literally fell off, I followed the recommended process and brought my car to Don's Mobile Glass. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory, and I believe it's crucial to share the details for improvement:Initial Repair (1):The rear view mirror was fixed, but shortly after picking up my car, system errors emerged, indicating an incomplete repair. I bring it back, same day.Second Visit (2):Upon returning to address the errors, I was told that the system needed calibration. While it was rectified, I found it concerning that such a critical step was overlooked.Third Visit (3):Less than a week later, the same issue recurred. The mirror falls off, but this time is promptly replaced, but the repeated system errors emerged raising questions about the thoroughness of the repairs.Fourth Visit (4):During the fourth visit, it was revealed that the system wasn't calibrated properly, yet the car is provided to me as though completed. This recurring oversight led to unnecessary inconvenience and the possibility of additional charges.I am disappointed not only by the technical issues but also by the lack of customer service and the need for multiple visits to address the same problem. I have filed a complaint with the state to address these concerns.I believe it is essential to share this feedback for the sake of improvement and to prevent others from encountering similar challenges. I hope necessary steps will be taken to rectify these issues and enhance the overall service quality.

Excellent and proffessional. You can tell these people are well trained and take pride in thier work.I brought in a pair of wood stove doors to have the glass replaced. The young lady that waited on me didn't bat an eye. She got out a tape measure, took down the measuments and had a quote for me in less than 5 minutes. Then she put on a pair of gloves and unloaded the other door for me. (She even made an excellent effort to pronounce my last name correctly! Which is also impressive.)The young lady told me they would have my doors ready by the next day.In less than 24 hours I get a call that my doors were ready for pick up.A different young lady waited on me , but with the same proffesionalism and efficiency. She and the glazier carried the doors to my vechicle. The doors had been cleaned and packaged as if new! You could see the glazier took pride in his work.A well trained staff, proffessional workmanship all done in a more than timely manner. This is how businesses should all be ran.I highly recommend Don's Moble Glass!

Had a large 2 foot crack from a rock hitting my brand new Honda's windshield. Called Dons MobileGlass, due to the vehicle being brand new the dealer had a backorder on my windshield. Jessica in the office would call the dealer and communicate with me on timing. After months waiting for Honda to make my windshield, Dons MobileGlass called and scheduled me ASAP for replacement. Everything was smooth and easy. Professional work. Tiffanie their sales manager was great at checking in as well afterwards. I highly recommend using.

It took them 2 times to get the right windows but they had it the same day I just couldn't make it down to Modesto and they only go to the Sonora area twice a week so I had to wait and take my truck in on the following Monday. They worked with me very nice people excellent customer service and they did an amazing job.Thank you all so much
