I really wanted this place to be an answer to my problem. I inherited an old Pioneer amp that would turn on but no sound. I took the amp in the week of Christmas 2023. I was told maybe a couple weeks, then told parts were on order, then told he needed a circuit schematic then no communication. I'm a mechanic, I understand sometimes repairs drag out longer than expected, but when I call or go by I can't seem to catch the actual repair tech to get answers. No matter how many time I've been promised a call back, I've never, in 9 1/2 months, gotten a call back. At this point I just want to get ahold of him to tell him to put it back together so I can pick it up. Very disappointed, wanted to support local small business, but he hasn't delivered.

Jim at Digitech was a pleasure to watch work. He convinced me to replace my sound system with Bluetooth speakers all went well until recently. I’ve been having trouble with controls on the sound bar attached to my television all products are. Sony and worked until this week. Warranty is still active

I visited this store. Its old school store where some real repair work happens. Middle age person explain me in details what is wrong with my samsung 55 inch TV and gave free estimates for parts and labor.
Could not find ANY OTHER store allow carrying bigger TVs to their store and give free estimates
I recommend Digitech Electronics repair store since they do give genuine free estimates and explanation. I haven't done repair yet , so holding on remaining star for review.

I wish I could give this man 0 stars.Took my 75 inch TV because of a DIM screen. It clear he lives there as the place is a complete mess like he’s a border but the original price was good and he’s seconds from my house.The Tv turned on and we could hear the sound but the screen was DIM. The first time we dropped it off he called us the same day to pick it up. Said he had a tv with the part ours needed I was skeptical but Okay cool, it worked for maybe a week and went completely out would only flash a blue light occasionally when trying to turn it in. We took it back because HE SAID it was under warranty. We waited TWO WEEKS and didn’t hear anything back so my boyfriend stopped in. He said this time it would be $150 more than the 199.00 we had already paid him a week prior. Obviously we were upset because WHAT now the tv doesn’t turn on or make sound or anything. So we take out tv home and turn it on and ITS BROKEN ( refer to picture ) this WAS NOT THE CONDITION of our TV when we dropped it off now he says it’s the mother board. You have GOT TO BE kidding. This man is a SCAM AND A RIP OFF DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE. How we have a $1000 tv that is in worse condition than when we took it. I’m speechless ?? and furious to say the least. It looks like he dropped it when moving it or something because this isn’t normal.

Please do not bring your tv to this place. I had a 75 inch tv and the screens keeps going blank. Brought it to this place because it was close by my house. What a mistake! Inside the place is very dirty, smells and is extremely cluttered. Can barely move around. I never got a quote, 1st problem! Just the old drop it off and we will work it out. He then claimed to have fixed the bulb and power supply shortage charged me $195. A WEEK LATER THE TV GOES OUT AGAIN. Dropped it back off because I was under the impression it was under warranty. Had my tv for over a week and no call about it. I had to walk back in a week later to get answers. The old man then claimed that there was another issue not covered under their warranty and that it would be an additional $150 to fix and word by word “ recoup his loses”. I was hoping to have this tv fixed by the superbowl but now I will not. Very un-professional and dirty location.

Took my Insignia TV in when the video display had completely died after years upon years of service. The technician at the front investigated my TV for any cracks that may have formed, tested the backlights, and told me it'd be about a week due to shipping of the new parts. I told him of my scheduling conflict late afternoon Thursdays and Fridays (I commute to the Bay those days, can't be in the Central Valley at the same time!)I took my TV in on a Monday. I had it back by Wednesday. After being originally quoted for days after that. Works perfectly.$158 and 2 days for a completely dead backlight? You earned every point on those 5 stars, Digitech.

I would rate this business as a minus ten. They've had my TV for SEVEN MONTHS! I keep being told they're waiting for a part. FOR SEVEN MONTHS! Don't waste your time. The place is a fire hazard, too. Cardboard boxes stacked everywhere.

Took my tv about a month ago. Called and called no answer u til finally answered. Asked about my tv they said they can't give me a price on repair because they didn't write what was wrong with it. Said I'd get a call back within 30min never got a callCalled again a week later n said still can't give me a reason and said will recieve a call within the hr. So now it's been 2 more weeks and nothing. Place is unprofessional. Stay away also inside is disgusting food all over the counter and place is like a hoarding house. Do not recommend decided to let then just keep the tv

Thank you! We appreciate how fast the service was. We were looking for a location to get our tv cord replaced since our dog chewed ours. He was such a help and had our tv ready within an hour.

I was very, very pleased with this business and hope to use it from now on for my "to go to" place for appliances. My TV was picked up and a loaner left!!! A loaner! It was amazing to know that no matter how long it took to get the part, my TV needs were filled. Pleasant, professional, fair price. Great experience!Service: TV repair
