I have been eating my way through this quarter beef (grass fed grass finished)picked it up in November every cut was weird thick to thin on same steak this pic is marked cross rib roast ? A hip bone in it that’s along way from rib cage other cut’s looked like a chunk of meat not a real cut one last thing I was told your meat will be right out 45 minutes later it shows up how long it take to pull a box of meat I might.also note there was a meeting with counter girl and three meat cutters after I ask for my meat all seems alittle strange
It has been strange experience at best good luck

Dave's meat service has been great for me. Lisa was always friendly and when I made a change over the phone they were able to accommodate the change. I will use them again!

First time using Dave's meat - horrible experience will not return. Meat was cut in pieces that are indescribable. Meat was also cut to different thickness on the same steak. Make sure you are there when the steer comes in so verify the total hanging weight. It also took for ever for them to cut and finish our meat.

This place is amazing, I recently seared and slow cooked a tri tip and could not believe the flavor and marbling. Their monthly box is a great deal and top quality, not to mention their sausages! Every flavor is delicious! I could go on and on but I'll just stop haha

Flat out the best butcher in the 209. From their high quality meats, to their packaging, to the home-made sausages and meat sticks. Family ran small business that cares about their customers. As a caterer, I often have orders over over 100 pounds of meat which is always ready for me on time and priced well. Not only are they great at what they do, they are heavily involved in their community and donate time and money to their community. They have helped me in countless fundraisers for youth sports. I cannot recommend them more highly.

We were doing some birding in the area and decided to stop in at Dave's Meat Service. I bought a selection of sausages to take back home. I just cooked two packages and boy do I wish I had bought more. The hawaiian sausage and the linguica were soooo good. The hawaiian is just a unique taste and the linguica is the best I've ever had. Great flavors and texture on both. Next time I'm in the area I'll take the yeti and fill it up. I wanted to buy the 99 dollar special box and now I feel bad that I didn't. It's a wonderful selection of different meats. Wish I lived in the area because I'd be a regular customer.
