This store is absolutely horrible. Monique and Mary especially. My best friend and I walked in the store. Bought some hair dye at the self check out and as we walked through the parking lot halfway through the parking lot, Mary decided to yell at us asking why we were stealing. Accusing of stealing with no evidence yelling through the parking lot which is ghetto and treating their customers like thieves. If they’re so worried about people stealing, maybe actually check people out instead of just standing around chatting while people self check out.

Came in while waiting for my table at Texas Roadhouse to pass the time with some friends. The shelves seemed pretty bare, but the store was clean and the staff seemed very nice. With holidays just around the corner, I assume this is the only reason they may be out of certain items

"Avoid waste, Don't take a bag, or bring your own reusable bag."- CVS Website.I walked into the store today with a reusable bag and in the middle of my shopping, they suspected me of stealing and using the bag for theft. 3 employees came up, with a bigger lady being the rudest. Today, (Thanksgiving) was the first time I heard and experienced that. It was the fact that she was rude that made me post this. If she would have had a better attitude, then it wouldn't have been an issue. But they assumed and treated me like a criminal when I was obviously shopping, Cashier though, 10/10. Sweet person.

I was going n this CVS after leaving another one upset. I was trying to print an important picture that I could not find on my phone. Sophan came and as if I needed help while also taking a passport picture and another customer walking out without paying. she remained polite and even looked up how to access my iCloud even though she didn't have an iPhone. she helped me on and off for 30 minutes and I was able to find what I needed, this was priceless to me. we lost a family member and I was in desperate need of the photos. thank you Sophina.

I have been coming to CVS, Standiford for 10 years now and I'm confused by the comments stating staff are rude or unfriendly. I've always been treated with respect and a smile with everyone I've interacted with. As with all pharmacies, there are times when medication has been backorder but this is certainly not the fault of the store or personnel but the suppliers. These people tolerate a lot from demanding customers but I've yet to see any of them show anything but the utmost professionalism and courtesy.

I asked for a consultation on a new prescription. The pharmacist seemed confused, and then, after a few minutes back in the pharmacy, returned to the counter and just flat-out refused to help me, saying that I'd have to go to my doctor's office. They were less than useless.

This people never assist you over the phone, they pout you on hold and never pick up the phone. If you are seriously sick go somewhere else cause coming here is just a waste of you precious time.

I started going to this cvs because its usually stocked. I use coupons and its convenient to find the products i need. There is a nice cashier who was always willing to help, never seemed bothered about the coupons. If i have an issue with coupons i will not return. There are more friendly coupon cvss cloaw by

Had a partial thyroid removal and my surgeon called in a prescription for generic vicoden 4hrs before my arrival I get there and this younger man ask did I call it in I said no my doctor did he says well its a controlled substance so you have to call too. Makes no sense to me especially at this moment. He talks to the pharmacist and tells me to come back in 3hrs I'm standing there with a bandages on my neck explaining that I'm not sure what my status will be in 3hrs I just had surgery. He says again its a controlled substance we have to follow protocol. I come back 3hrs later by this time I'm starting to feel that my neck had been cut tf opened and they ask more questions. I clearly just had surgery and felt harassed for 12 pills. I can barely talk from having a tube down my throat and I felt like I was being helped by non humans. Not sure what the protocol is when a surgeon calls something in but they need to make it smoother for us patients by the time I got home I was crying from the pain. I'm annoyed and have never had this experience before. Never had surgery before either. Somebody fix it. I hope no one else experiences this.

Someone needs to tell the staff here that the correct way to greet a customer as they enter the store is 'Hello', not 'The store will be closing in 25 minutes.'

Absolute trash management. Went 15 minutes before closing...rushed I should say. We needed diapers for the baby and essential items for the night. The manager was escorting customers out of the store 10 minutes before 9, and was refusing entry to us and others. Sorry you hate your job man, but you can't do that. Rude, unprofessional and simply immature. F all y'all!

I really love this CVS. The store is always well organized and more stocked than others I've been to. The Pharmacy here is amazing, my family and I have been with them for years and have never had a problem with them. Both Pharmacists are awesome and knowledgeable, they will go above and beyond for their patients. All the staff is super friendly and always ready to help.

Since I've moved back to Modesto in 2019, this has been my go to pharmacy! They are the fastest and most organized CVS I've ever picked prescriptions up from. The CVS pharmacy on lander in Turlock could definitely use some of this pharmacy's customer service skills! I've never waited long to get a flu shot, pick up prescriptions, or deal with a refill. They are always on top of everything and they are super nice! Great Pharmacy here! Up front cashiers are decent too. Could be a little more nice/helpful with customers using coupons/asking questions.
