CVS is way better than wallgreens, the people in the pharmacy there was help me and get my medication and the ladies in the front the cashiers was help me and I get the medication they even go to the back and get my medication. The only thing I can say about them please do the same thing you’ve been doing because Walgreen is not the same anymore, why I transfer from Walgreens to CVS

Great coupons, discounts and deals with the extra care card. I buy my detergent, shampoo and body care from here. With the discounts they send you through email and sometimes you get more on your receipt, I save a ton! Another great example is my allergy medicine. Claritin is pretty pricy so I checked my email and I had a 25% off. I also had 8 of Naproxene on the app so I decided to try it out and instead of 29 bucks I paid roughly 21 bucks and some change after taxes.

The girl from the pharmacy who is right now 05/22/24 at 9:23 p.m. , he doesn't know how to review orders, I went to pick up some medication for my son and he says they don't have it, but in the application it shows me that it is ready to be picked up, he made me go back to my house, he told me to come back tomorrow, take it away from there and that he is not just joking with his colleagues, that is a serious job not for girls who want to have fun at work...
They believe that one has plenty of time to go when she says just because the girl did not see that the order is ready from 12 p.m. today... he lacks glasses and the desire to work.

My husband went over on drive thru and spoke with the pharmacist regarding my meds, keep in mind I’m 31wks pregnant with High BP I can’t control. Depending on those meds since sat, we’ve called and they keep saying “out of stock be back the next day after 2pm for inventory”. The pharmacist had the nerve to tell him they are still out of stock come back Tomorrow and slam his drive window at my husband face!! Also, my husband needs his meds. So I called and asked about my meds. I spoked with a lady and she stated to have them on stock .. ?????? WTH don’t like your job? Then leave or find something you like.. don’t have to be unprofessional. Never been treated that way in any CVS

Was on hold for over an hour! It hung up on me several times, a staff did answer (after calling the front desk) but put me back on hold before I could even speak, the staff that assisted me had a bad attitude, and interrupted me when I would speak. He also SLAMMED the phone when he hung up. My Prescription was denied due to last name change. They never called to talk to me about it. They never informed me of anything. They made it seem like it was on the doctors half because they never sent the prescription because they just didn't want to make the call. The staff also IGNORES the calls when customer's call. They almost always have a bad attitude for absolutely no reason, being short staffed is NOT a reason to take it out on customers. However, the front desk is helpful.

Last year I wrote a warning about the CVS on McHenry and I want to remind people again this year about the scam that they ran out of their store. I bought a Home Depot card from them for my mom. When she tried to use it there was no money on it. I took the card to Home Depot thinking she might have become confused but they also said it showed a zero balance. I went to the store but of course they couldn't help me. I contacted the main office and after multiple calls and request for my receipt I finally manage to get one. I went back to the Home Depot and they ran the card again. As I walked away the woman called me back and asked if I had the receipt which I did. She checked the number on the back of the card against the receipt and the numbers didn't match. She said this happens all the time because people don't check to make sure the card hasn't been switched. She suggested that if you buy a card buy it from the store itself. Since we buy Amazon cards I have learned not to leave the counter until I make sure the card and receipt match. It gets busy and many times there is a line but you have to take the time to insure the card you bought is the one you are receiving. I would avoid the CVS stores when you are buying your gift cards but no matter where you buy them remember Buyer Beware!

I went there on Monday 10:56pm, feeling very sick, the pharmacist name was Jeff, very rude very racist, unprofessional shouldn’t work at a pharmacy. I asked about medication, he told me to read the directions and closed the window.

They don't accept Indian health insurance so we had to pay with cash. We didn't have enough money so we told her to take one prescription and she proceeded to tell us it will be the same price. So your charging us for two prescriptions and giving us one. Then you proceed to be rude and say that's what you get for not having insurance. We have insurance you won't expect. Keep scamming your customers.

I didn't think it would be possible, but this establishment is worse than Walgreens. I really hate being lied to, and that's exactly what happened just now. I get a text 2 days ago informing me that my meds are ready for pickup. I verify this online. I wait in drive thru for over an hour, only to be told brusquely that the meds went back to the shelf because 2 weeks had passed! I still have another day's worth of meds! It could not have been 2 weeks. I check online, and they have covered their tracks and deleted the order status that shows that they are lying to me. I have the texts on my phone. CVS sucks, and I'm going back to Walgreens.

I have been with CVS for so many years filling lots of prescription there's. 2 of my prescriptions were filled at in Turlock for years. But a flotter kick me out, because I wasn't from Turlock however my primary doctor is. Now this Pharmacy here where all my prescriptions are filled are not feeling my prescription that I need. They are bundling me up to my face as an addict as a criminal they put me on a red flag they said that I'm a hopper with their own Pharmacy I don't understand what their issue is. They have made multiple excuses instead of the doing their job and just feeling a medication they are diagnosing me, and that is not their job, they have embarrassed me and broke the HIPA law in front of other patients that are standing in line there's so much more that has occurred with this CVS it's unbelievablyThe floater in Turlock embarrassed me as well do not come to to this Pharmacy. I have had multiple surgeries and I suffer from epilepsy that's the least to say.

I can't believe that this type of service is acceptable to anyone. This pharmacy is just an incredibly poor excuse of an establishment. The pharmacy staff is rude, they seem understaffed and seem to get off by treating people who are truly in need as if they are degenerates. You are not there to question why someone is prescribed their medications. You're there to fulfill the scripts and provide consult to ensure people are educated on how to properly administer their medications. This pharmacy is withholding meds and prioritizing drugs as they see fit. Being without medications that affect someone's quality of life for over a month after the refill date is disgusting. To anyone looking for a pharmacy, you're definitely better off going to any place other than CVS. If you're that desperate and decide to or keep coming here then make sure it's for something simple. I wish you luck.

I've always been treated wonderfully and quickly here! From buying stuff to getting my meds I've been treated respectfully and sweetly. Some even know my name and know when I call!
