Need to stock up, especially allergy season. We're completely out of Nasacort and it's the only spray that works for me. Had to purchase another spray and it's not working at all for me. Now I have to go and look for Nasacort somewhere else and loose the money I spent today. It's pharmacy you would think they would be stocked with everything needed for healthcare and emergencies

Worst service ever. Changing pharmacies. Not sure who gets hired at this establishment, but the pharmacists and their staff are AWFUL. What a joke. Went here for years and then moved due to incompetence and their shitty/childish attitude. My new pharmacy closed and our stuff got sent back here by default I imagine. Complaints: *On hold for 15 min. Minimum every time I call *Horrible attitude from staff - I'm bothering them. That's the vibe *Incorrect timeliness - 15 min. But it's really 30 min to an hour *Promised a time from the app, go in, pharmacist tells me it'll be another hour, I protest and now it's 15 min. Again - incorrect and inconsistent time frames, will I get my prescription today? Who knows, because I had the audacity to trust the pharmacists at CVS on Carpenter. *Told by staff to wait while they mix an antibiotic. I ask her - you'll call me right, when the med is filled? Yes. Me - shopping for A WHILE. Bc you know, I'm WAITING. Name gets called and staff laughs and says they thought I left. I'd been waiting the entire time and reminded her that my name was supposed to be called???? She just laughed and said again how they thought I'd left and it's been ready for a while. Zero stars.

Yesterday I went in to Look for suppositories for my son I walked in right away to look for I seen that they did not have any. Usually when I walk in somebody asks me if I need any help with anything but this time I didn't get asked but that was only because there was a lot of people in the store already getting help.I had to go to a different CVS when I walked in the employee there Greeted me. I walked in right away to get the suppositories. I looked around at how nice the store looked it was very lovely. All the Christmas decorations and toys looked so cute.Honestly the store looked at very magical with all the Christmas stuff around. I was tempted to buy some more stuff for Christmas but realize that I've already done all my Christmas shopping and just got what I needed.When I checked out the cashier was very nice he even made a joke and we laughed. I would say my experience with CVS is always great and I always look forward to shopping there and see what kind of deals I could get. Or what new products they have.ThaNk you CVS for making my life easier.

Every experience I have had with the pharmacist in this store has been negative. She is rude and not at all inclined to customer service - even over the phone. This is the closest location to me and I refuse to use it. AVOID this pharmacy.

posted hours online and on door say closes at 10pm but I walked in at 8:55 and was told they were closing in 5 minutes. went out of my way because this was the only one that was supposed to be open.

I would give the pharmacy zero stars if I could. If you like your sanity and prescriptions entered correctly DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY. i've had multiple issues with my prescriptions being entered incorrectly. It's like they don't know how to read and interpret a prescription. They have done this with just about ALL my prescriptions. The Dr will write it out with directions and they cannot read them and enter correctly so you have to fight with them to get it right. Usually the Dr doesn't understand why they fucked it up and they don't want to send a new script. This pharmacy is horrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. They need more schooling on entering scripts correctly!!

It is a store that I do not go to frequently, but today I decided to go since I had 2 good coupons in the application of said store, but the woman first asked me are you going to pay cash or card and I said card, she will take me according to her to help me to pay at the machine, which I know how to use perfectly, well here the point is that later I said I'm going to pay cash and she canceled the transaction and went to help me at the cashier and the coupons no longer came there with her and she told me to wait 15 minutes to see if they returned.
After waiting for a while I decided to return home and I arrived and checked in my application and said coupons disappeared, I did not make the purchase.
That woman whose name I don't know and another woman named Deborah are very bad at customer service.

All I wanted to do was ask if they had a product and I was kept on hold, had to listen to all these reasons why I should use their website and they even sent me a link. I was on the phone the first time for nine minutes when they disconnected me. I had to call back and this time I was on the Phone for 14 minutes! I finally just hung up. All I wanted to know if they carried a product bc I just got out of the hospital and didn’t want to go there if they didn’t have it. No thank you CVS you lost me as a customer.

Understaffed and when there is a long line with only 1 on register is ridiculous, while the other staff members continue to fill up medications and won't come help out the only 1 receptionist out.

Worse pharmacy in Modesto. Completely stupid people with terrible customer service They close from 1:30 to 2 pm it's crazy nobody to help people during business hours in the middle of the day. Wasting customers time
