Unfortunately and sadly my 13 year old dog is dying of a lung tumor. I found this out around Oct./ Sept. of 2023. When I unintentionally received a 350$ bill for tests on him. The goal for me during this 3rd visit to the vet, in 2 years. To rediagnose a cough that Aussie had been previously diagnosed as having, due to allergies, 2 years prior. Upon this visit the vet staff suggested, for me to apply for credit to use for tests to assist with this diagnosis. I could not pay for the tests myself, because 1 test costs $175 and he needed several of that 1 test, plus more. I applied for the credit. I thought I was approved for $1400. After telling staff what I thought was correct information, they started testing Aussie. Longer story shortened, it was a pre-approval amount, I incurred $350 in fees that day. I was accused of attempting to defraud them that money. Even though I was the person which told them the tests had to be stopped. Because that was actually a preapprival amount. Then today I was told that they would not prescribe my terminally ill beloved pet Aussie his meds, unless Ik wanted to purchase the meds thru them instead of online, which is how I have been, getting them for years. For $50 more 8 days before Aussie runs out of his current prescription for pain meds. Meaning,I haveto establish care at a new vet, have them prescribe, from new vet, receive them from the online pharmacy. All before Aussie runs out in 8 days. Don't take your pet here! They only care about the money!

We take both our dog and cat to Crows Landing Road Vet Clinic for all their healthcare. Our dog actually gets excited when we take him to see the vet (the new kitten, not so much ?) The staff and the Drs are really nice and work so well with our fur babies. They are honest and discuss options and costs before treatment. Thank you Crows Landing Road Vet Clinic for taking good care of our pets ❤️ ? ?

I had to put my car down she was one of the family it broke my heart but I couldn't see her in any more pain. I had called around and this place was the only one I could afford. They have the nicest people working here and I they also has options for what I could put her ashes in. I will come here again for my other cat for vaccines when she needs them.

I had to make the difficult decision to euthanize my 17 year old yorkie. The staff at Crows Landing Vet Clinic were so caring and comforting. Vanessa, the veterinary technician was the sweetest human and I appreciate it so much. Thank you Vanessa and Crows Landing Vet Clinic for your compassion and care.

I just had the worst experience with LUPE who is answering the phones. RUDE . Would not let me get my two question out . Lecutered me about yearly exams which I was calling about then brought up my dog that passed away a year ago then hung up on me. Also hung up when I ask to speak to the manager .Then would not pick up my call when I called back.
