The guy that claims to be a supervisor has horrible customer service and he refused to provide service to my mom today due to my neighbor going the day before and accidentally going in their back office trying to find a restroom. When they had the door wide open with no sign stating its only for employees or do not enter. The supervisor was very unprofessional and rude. My mother asked to speak to someone higher and he refused, she didn’t even know about the incident and had just sold a phone to her neighbor wanting to make sure her line on that phone was canceled. Will be contacting headquarters. That man needs serious customer service training.

Went there earlier and I wanted to join mine and my gfs plan. But the manager told me that it's easier if I called 611. I tried and called another cricket store location. And they said that they have to do it in stores not 611. Misleading manager ? Shes just lazy. First and Last time.. Hatch Rd by costless Is way better than this one. Helped right away. ?

Have never had a problem with cricket. The customer service at this location was very helpful. Not able to notice the store until you look for it, but all the signs of the store are very helpful to find it. Parking in this location was tight.
