You can't buy a phone here unless you're going to pay for all the accessories too. So, if you are a 60 dollar phone comes out to $150 don't purchase here. Go to different cricket.

If I could give zero stars I WOULD! Horrible customer service, all they do is lie to customers. Cristina claims to be a manager whenever is convenient for her but then when you actually need your problems resolved she refuses to do anything about it because she's not the manager. Ok. So then you are lying to your customers? save your money and go to another cricket.

I went in to ask the associate information about one of their programs and she just made me feel very uncomfortable and she was very condescending it was the manager I believe very rude and not great too speak with.

I was not to happy that when i purchased a phone there. The person attending me could not provide me with a purchase receipt. Then when I told her that I didn't want the phone any more then she said that there was a re stocking fee. I am canceling this account once the month that I paid for is up. I give this place a ZERO star.
