When t in to get a new phone... Marlene was HORABLE. (Coffee Rd.) Extremely bad customer service. Ended up leaving and driving 6 miles to the (Carpender Rd.) store, where Gianella helped me. She was great, in and out is about 20 Min.

Normally I, my husband, & son have only had good experiences at this location. This is a complaint about training of a staff member. I went in the other day to purchase a new phone $$$. When I tried to purchase the phone my credit card was declined. I asked if they took American Express and the response was yes they did. We ran my card again and again and it was declined each time. The sales person was nice but offered no solutions. I went home to see if I could resolve the issue with my card. My card was fine and I was told it was the point of sale. I went back and the same thing happen. I called on the phone with the staff member listening to American Express say the problem was at the point of sale. At no time was this staff member concerned that they were losing a sale or that there might be something wrong with the machine. They did not call a manager or owner to see it if there was something they could do to solve the problem. I went home frustrated. I returned today, hoping a different sales person was there, but it was the same person. I was told that did not take American Express and that was the problem the day before. At no time did they apologize for wasting my time...so frustrating. What a waste of time.

Don't advertise that you close at 7:00 PM when your door is locked at 6:45 PM. The lady motioned that they closed at 6 o'clock, what the heck. Which explains the average one star rating.
