Received a vaccine from the pharmacy. Remy was fantastic, along with the rest of the staff. Remy also generously researched a couple of vaccine questions I asked, unrelated to the current immunization.

First of all, it's one of friendlier Costcos I've been too. They want to help. They will push your cart, load your car, find things you can't find Let them help you It's kept clean, many employees restocking to ensure product is available.

If you're ever feeling confident about yourself and want to be brought down a couple pegs this Costco is the place for you! The employees here have been trained to exude the type of condescending kindness that makes you question whether they are calling you dumb or if you're just misunderstanding them. Only come here as a last resort.

While usually I have never had an issue with this Costco in over 25 years, however the returns manager refused to honor the return policy, that was written down and in plain view, she made all manner of excuses as to why I couldn't exchange the defective product. I ended up taking it to the Manteca Costco and they didn't complain or make excuses. The names of the associates were sent to the district manager, the dishonesty of the associates is completely unprofessional.

Worst Costco I have every been. No standards bad customer service. Food court was filthy no one cares. I got a slab of pork belly and other items went to check out the pork belly price tag would not scan so the cashier put in the product code then went to look at the price. The cashier then proceeded to rip the price tag off right at the price and said he could now not read the price and if I wanted a pork belly I would have to go back and get another one. I look at him like are you for real? I had to take the pork belly with no price put it back get a new one then wait back at the end of the line. Could not belive it. I then get a hot dog from the food court second mistake the place was filthy the muster and relish was empty on both stations after about 4 people reported it and after 5 minutes of waiting for some one to refill no one came there were no lids for the soda cups and it did not look like it has been cleaned all day fed up I finally left total disappointment. Unfortunately Costco is.so big upsetting some customers means nothing to them

This rating is almost entirely due to the continued poor experiences I have had at the food court at this location. Issue 1 - on October 19 2023, i placed an order for 20 pizzas to be picked up at 4pm on Saturday the 21st. I was told it wouldn't be a problem and was ordering them for a school event. When I arrived at 315pm to pay for them and let them know I was here they proceeded to tell me that they didn't have my order and since I had just paid for them I would need to wait in line with all the other orders. When I was given my pizza half of them were not even cut into regular pizzas. Again, this was for a school fundraiser. Not happy. Tonight, 29 Dec 2023 I arrived to shop inside the store. Before beginning my shopping I placed an order for a whole pizza. When I was finished shopping more than 30 minutes later I walked up to the pizza window to ask how much longer it would be for the pizza. A simple question. I was asked what my order number was 3 times by the guy at the window and he at no point was willing to tell me how much longer. When I asked him for a third time he asked if I had stood in the middle line first. I said no, I placed the order then went shopping and wanted to know how much longer it would be. He told me to go to the middle line. So here I stand, now 10 minutes later and the line has not moved. I asked a basic question, I have already placed my order and think it is ridiculous to have to stand in yet another line when the whole point of ordering ahead was for it to be picked up when I was done shopping. You need to get some kinder employees who can answer basic questions. I have wondered for a while now if it is even worth it to have a membership here. I've been a business member now for more than 5 years and spend, on average 15,000 a year. I'm cancelling my membership. It's not like the prices here are competitive anymore.

There always seems to be a line but they get you in and out without making you feel like your a bother. They answer all the questions and they are all very kind.

The pharmacists and staff at Costco are wonderful and totally efficient. They always take the time to work with me and try to accommodate my needs.They are so appreciated!!!!!!

Been a Costco member for some time now , seems like this is the only Costco that has employees with major attitude. It's super gross , Melinda & Dulce you got to work on your customer service . Trash

Always well stocked, service is always helpful, I can always count on their wide variety of selection. The prices are always good, as they always have sales. Best costco around.

First and foremost, ever since l've been a member with Costco I've never had NO ONE be so RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL like this women that I encounter today at the self checkout at 6:30 pm. She is about 5'5 Hispanic lady that was working todays shift. I totally understand Costco policy about "no sharing" the membership card but literally my sister was right next to me but that's not the point. The point is that there is a way of relating a message or getting someone attention about something. The way you say things matter a lot especially when your job entails around customer service, I know because once I was an employee myself and all my managers will embed in us was good customer service, but this lady didn't abide by Costco's standards. In all honesty she makes Costco look real bad. 1st home at Modestos Costco and definitely the last. She was rude and unprofessional. I hope she changes her personality, this all just reflects back to the management at Costco in Modesto. I will not let this experience ruin it for me but I now know I have to stick to my home Costco. She really ruined my day that was going perfect before she decided to be rude about something so simple that she could have been polite about the whole situation.
