I've never had any issues here, the staff has always been friendly and professional. I have had to use their notary services several times, and they have always done everything correctly and have never had any issues with any of the documents they handled for me. I will never set a foot in a post office with this place around.

I Sent over legal documents out of state many pages missing , when I spoke with Alonso he insisted that he looked at the camera and all pages were sent , they have done this on multiple occasions. One of the workers Sophia is absolutely rude and needs a 911 makeover she's looks and dresses sloppy like her work , instead of correcting the situation ., Alonso argued , really he insisted the lawyers were lying.

I use this store for many returns or mailing packages to family and always friendly helpful and knowledgeable staff greet me. It is usually pretty busy but they have up to three or four employees and that makes the wait much easier to handle! Very clean and easy to get in and out quickly! I highly recommend this place for all your returns or mailing of packages!

I would say this is the best one in Modesto to go, I usually go in for Amazon returns and never have any issues. The employees are nice and have great customer service, I usually get the same gal by the name of Sophy and she is always ready to help you out with anything.

Every time I come, I unfortunately get the same woman. She is so rude! She acts like anything you do or say is a huge inconvenience. Her attitude blows my mind. She slams everything, and makes it clear she isn't happy with you asking her to do her job. Everyone else seems very pleasant, though!

Erica was very unprofessional in helping me. She didn't help me she didn't greet me when I walked up to do 2 returns. She also tried to charge me $40 to return shoes back to VS when shipping was free. You can tell customer service isn't one of her strong points. You look miserable working there maybe find a new job. I've been to this location so many times and never dealt with such an unpleasant individual

I have been a client of this UPS store for 5 years. The staff is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The staff at this storeand their willingness to help is so pleasing. In addition to the fabulous customer service the benefits our family receive from having our mail and package deliveries received at this professional and safelocation brings a relieving peace of mind. If I could rate this store and the manager -5 I would. I had a very interesting interaction with the manager of the UPS Store today. I am shipping a Glock 26 Slide to be machined for an RMR site mount, it was packaged up and ready to go. Everything was going smoothly until the young lady asked me the contents and I said it's a slide, she said could you be more specific for insurance purposes? And I said it is a Glock 26 slide (I should have known better), the look on her face told me immediately that this was going sideways in a hurry. She said what you are trying to do is illegal, I cannot accept this, I will not break the law by accepting this. I was SHOCKED, I couldn't believe what I was hearing, I know the law and I know that there is no local, state or federal law that I am violating by sending the slide from a handgun via UPS to a machine shop.I said look sweetheart (oops) and she raised her voice to say DO NOT CALL ME THAT, I said, look - I am a law abiding citizen and I am 110% certain that I am not breaking any laws by shipping this part. She stated that she didn't care what I thought, that she knew it was illegal and that if she accepted the item for shipment she could go to jail. She printed some UPS shipping policy and handed it to me, I just laughed and said UPS policy is not the law, violating UPS policy is one thing, but inferring that I am a criminal and breaking the law is another.. I said if you think I am breaking the law why don't you call the police and tell them you have somebody attempting to break the law by sending a firearm part at the store, we can sort this out really quick. She said I was rude and condescending, I told her she should look in the mirror, she said I do every day and I am beautiful.. I just laughed some more. She said I was making her uncomfortable, I just chuckled and said I haven't done anything at all threatening and I am not responsible for your fragility, give me my package and I am out of here. She said she was going to flag my account so I couldn't ship anything from the store, I told her don't worry I will never set foot in this establishment again.Wow.. I couldn't believe what I was hearing and just how adamant she was that I was breaking the law. I read the policy and it looks like UPS changed their policies about a month ago and it looks like you cannot ship firearm parts unless you are an FFL. UPS needs to train their employees better, if she had said "UPS Policy states we no longer ship firearm parts", my response would have been "OH? I hadn't heard, OK, I will go to Fed Ex"... When she called me a criminal by saying I was breaking the law she offended me and created a confrontation. Could I have handled it better? Sure.. Should she have handled it better? Definitely. I am going far and wide on this with every firearm group I am a member of to let them know that they should not use UPS for ANYTHING until they rescind these policies. I hope this hurts their bottom line and the company is impacted by it financially.As for the manager, you owe me an apology, saying I am breaking the law is calling me a criminal and you really should educate yourself on the difference between the LAW and UPS Company Policy.

Clean, fully staffed, courteous and knowledgeable. No complaints here! Special kudos to Alonso. He helped me immensely and should be recognized. Oh yeah, since it's in a strip mall, plenty of parking and easy access.
