Von was amazing. I was livid after spending hours on the phone with tech support. After getting disconnected for the 6th time and after the last 4 hours chat I went into the store. My phone was fixed in Less than five minutes. Von let me know my options and I ended up upgrading and got a tablet. I was so angry walking into the store but this one employee kept me with Verizon after years of loyalty I was ready to change carriers after such a horrible phone experience. I hope Verizon treasures their real customers service staff and appreciates their hands on knowledge.

After spending 4 days on the phone with billing trying to get two fraudulent tablets being added to my brother's account we went into the store. They were a great help talking to them and getting the tablets off and a refund.

I had a very kind worker Norma who knew what she was talking about. The only thing I recommend is not buying a phone case there. It was very expensive. And keep in mind some problems may require trips to different locations. But yea overall I had a good experience.
