Horrible person who works there they scammed us and called us names please I would recommend never coming here again they have horrible customer service

I did call them ahead to get an estimate and the guy told me a price out the door. When I made it there in person the whole price changed and they guy came up with some BS. I didn't have the time to go find another place cause I was about to leave town and did let the guy replace my cracked phone screen. Took him a long time and at the end he tried to plug my phone into a device and turned his back on me so I couldn't see what he was doing (weird) I immediately told to stop and give me my phone back. I paid because the job was done but definitely never ever will use this bussines again. Next time I just go back to the Vintage Fair Mall and would pay the exact same amount and have my phone be repair in front of me in les than 15 min and not 1 hour.

City Cellular Service and Repair is a life saver when it comes to broken phone screens. I have a Samsung Note 10 plus and had cracked the screen down to the digitizer. I had gone to 3 other cell phone screen repair places and the cost was the same across the board $363 and some ¢'s after tax but what makes City Cellular the place to go is they had the part “digitizer and screen" on hand and it Honestly took the technician 15 minutes, no BS to change out the screen. Other places told me a few hours to a few days because they had to order the part and then install it. I was going to do the screen myself it's $356 on Amazon after tax but for extra $10 and having a piece of mind that I wasn't got to mess it up and do more damage then good. It was a no brainer the way to go. I have other phones that need repairs and City Cellular is the ONLY place I trust with my phone's and it should be yours. Thank you again City Cellular for the speedy and awesome job with my phone!
