Went in to get a drink and the 2 ladies working there made my partner, myself and my child uncomfortable staring us down as if we were going to steal. Dont come here unless you want to feel uncomfortable.

Baljit is extremely rude ! I get if you're having a bad day but you don't take that out on customers. If she doesn't like her job she should just get out of there !! She's Such a discriminating person. If I could do zero stars I would.

0 zero stars. They need to learn the language and customer service skills. I was stuck in the car wash half way through the cycle instead of helping me all she wanted to know is if I paid. If I didn't pay, then how else would the car wash have started. I had to show her my receipt get back in the line behind 2 other cars then have her restart the wash. She was upset the whole time like it was my fault. Such crappy customer service skills.

If I can give zero Stars I would !!! The worst . The Indian elderly women was rude. Wouldn't let me enter my rewards and I said why because your only buy one . I said so still points. I had to argue with her so I can enter my number. And then buying cigarettes she wouldnt let me use it to because she said it's already a discount on top of it and can't use it. I said doesn't matter you can use your loyalty . As she was ringing me I noticed she was doing separate packs not ringing up as pack of two so she can charge me more . I told her I would call and complain her response was I don't care to head... she kept repeating herself !!! Never again I work for the chevron Corporate and this store makes chevron look bad . Worse customer service and everything was shady to over charging customers!!!!

Don’t use the car wash. I paid but my car wasn’t cleaned at all. I asked for a rewash but was told no. I showed the employee my dirty car and she said, “no…you no wash car here.” Employee was Bajic.

I went in to buy energy drinks. There was a 3 for $5.99 deal. An Indian male (in his 20s) rings them up and asks for approximately $15.50. I said there must be a mistake since, even with tax and CRV, the total should have been just over $13. I've since calculated that it should have been exactly $13.25. I wasn't getting anywhere with the male and an elderly Indian woman (I presume his mother) so said "I'll just leave them" and started to walk out. He told me to "get the F^#k out". I left but decided to go back and tell him his behavior was totally inappropriate. I asked him if he worked there or owned the place. He said "I own it. What are you going to do?" He was looking for a physical fight, with rage in his eyes. I will never go back or give this thug any business. I'm assuming Extra Mile is a franchise. I may be making a complaint to Chevron/Extra Mile.

I stopped to get gas, noticed this Chevron unlike all others, did not have discount for using Chevron card. Went inside to use restroom, walked to back of store and clerk tersely said, excuse me Sir, I replied to Bathroom, He rudely said we don't have a bathroom, I repeated this absurd statement, "you don't have a bathroom?" He quickly realized how stupid this statement was, and said, "They are being worked on". I went back outside to finish fueling, I noticed the bathrooms were next to the carwash. They were not being worked on. Clerk was rude and a LIAR. Chevron should revoke the franchise; it definitely does not live up to "Extra Mile Quality". In case anyone from Chevron or the owner sees this review. This occured on Thursday Jan 6th at about 0940 hrs.

Every single item in the store section is days from expiration... if it hasn't already. Stopped by for a Twix and a drink, drink expired that month (no date) and half the Twix expired over 2 months AGO

Your car wash is down for over a month now??? Why advertise a car wash if you don't have one?? Apparently so people can struggle to get into the parking lot with all the traffic in the area just to have wasted their time because there is no car wash.

Came and got gas at 5:18 am and went inside to get the key for the bathroom and the lady said they don’t have a key till second shift. I would think a paying customer you would accommodate.

The water and air machine wasn't working and the cashier wouldn't refund us. He was also pretty rude and was just wanting me to leave instead of trying to help me.
