George (Jorge) made us feel like just a number. We made an appointment only to be asked to ha e a seat and wait. 15 minutes later we could hear that the employee (they only had one) that we had the appointment with nowhere near being done with the customer that had the appointment before us. They require an appointment for a customer to set up or add an account which in our case was adding a savings account to our checking, which we have had for years. Why make an appointment if you can't keep it? George, being the manager you could do a lot better.

Seems to me that when you make an appointment and show up early to show respect and consideration, the same should be shown by the people taking the appointment, namely George (or Jorge) the manager at that time. The one employee who we had an appointment with was in the middle of another transaction and obviously would not be done soon. George greeted us and told us to have a seat and they would be right with us. As far as I am concerned an appointment is just that, not an invitation to wait. But wait we did, and after 10 minutes we could hear that it would not be a short wait. I have been in sales and customer service for over 15 years and what I took away from this incounter was the feeling that George could not give a sht about making his customers feel wanted. He knew who we were and did not reach out with a phone call to see if there was some way to help further. Poor customer service and left feeling like just a number. They could do a lot better.

Marisela was the officer helped me today. She was very nice and diligent. Lots of things have changed so remove previous negative comments from your plate when you are looking into this branch. New ATMs, and very short in-line waiting, etc....

Love this bank hate the parking lot!! Parking lot is tight spot. Can get crowded most of the time. Bank is super clean and all the employees I have encountered have been so friendly and helpful!! I've never had to wait long for help. I love that they have ATM machines inside the business , it's like in a room before the actual bank. This bank does offer drive up banking.

Maybe you should change your branch hours on Google and your phone tree so people dont drive 20 miles to the branch to find out it closed hours ago ?

Jorge guillen is a horrible manager! The fact they have this guy running a bank is a complete joke. This bank has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Do not use this bank or branch chase is trash as well

Worst banking expirience ever.. puts checks on TWO WEEK hold! For no apperant reason super difficult to work with always charging overdraft even with overdraft protection! Cancelling my account and never returning !

They worked on my issue to the best of their ability. Prefer this location to the Standiford one, which seems like a tomb. The trick to having ZERO fees with Chase is direct deposit and minimum balances. Use technology (cards vs cash) and move resources via online banking. To date, they've performed well. I'll update if things get silly.

My wife came in to open an account and was rudely welcomed and informed. Due to that, there is a loss of account that went to another bank. Congratulations ?? looks like I'll be closing all my chase activity as well.
