My total was $45.00 and they will not accept my 100 bill. Manager hides in the back our cash is no good. Store is dirty staff just sits and talks inappropriate rounchy customer service don't come here

They have a good assortment and good prices. Quite a few promotions. My daughter wears quite a few clothes from this store. It is located on the second floor of the mall and therefore there is very good parking. I recommend it if you want to buy clothes at low prices.

They employ very rude workers. I asked an employee for help reaching an item, a reaching stick was needed because it was too high. She helped and then proceed to curse loudly at the register to the other employee about me. Saying I could have f**king reached for it myself since my finger was touching the bottom of it and continued to go on and on about me. Sorry Ms that you had to do YOUR job. It was very unprofessional. Very rude.I'm a pregnant woman, some tasked are hard for me. So if you're at that shop beware of the black haired girl with glasses & tattoos. She isn't trying to help anybody.

Hardly anything there. Apparently the workers ignore people of darker hue yet say "have a good day!" To those that look like them. Intimidated much? If you don't like working there, woman up and quit. You won't be missed. Taking my money elsewhere. Chao!

I had a very specific request when calling the store. When Chloe answered the phone she went above and beyond to meet my request. She was very patient and thorough. When I arrived to the store it was clean and well lite. The girl at the register was very pleasant with a calm demeanor. For a store that seems to be going through many changes the customer service was consistent across employees, genuinely friendly and welcoming.

Customer service here is terrible. No one in the store smiles or talks to you. I went into the fitting room to try on clothes, (there was no sign ANYWHERE saying that I couldn't), and a girl came in a rudely told me I needed to leave in which I replied I was sorry and there was no sign posted. She said well someone must have removed it. Well if everyone was not on their phones when I walked in and even waited a few mins there where it says to wait for help, maybe they could have politely relayed this information to me. As I am getting dressed, 2 seconds after she told me to get out, she repeats herself again rudely to get out. Um, im not a robot it takes more then 2 seconds to get dressed lady. Also terrible return policy, I come from more then an hour away and you only get 14 days to return even though they don't allow you to try things on, weird! Forever 21 in Gilroy gives you 60 days! Definitely won't be shopping here again ever!

I have liked going to store for awhile now, they have really nice clothes and accessories. Today I had a problem with 2 employees, they were too busy having a conversation and one of them just threw the bag at me when I was buying a dress.
