I had a service November 18, 2023.I live in turlock and that's like 30 min from Nissan dealership in modesto and I made an appointment to have my oil and lube change. It was my last free service as part of my contract when I purchased my car and no one ever told me or reminded me that there was an expiration date of July 3, 2023. My last service was in March 2023 and Jeffrey Mico didn't do their job to notify me.So when I showed up to my appointment at 1:00 pm Jeffrey Mico, the service advisor, that attended me said my oil change had expired and that it would be $84.95 and I said why didn't you notify me the last time and he said, sorry I forgot.I said, well I'm here and need my oil change, makes no sense to drive all the way here to modesto for nothing. I asked how much for the oil change and Jeffrey said $84.95 and I said, well it was supposed to l my last free oil change and he said, he couldn't do anything now. I wasn't too happy and proceeded to sign the paper work and waited in the lobby.About 30 min later he comes up to me and shows me the air filter and cabin filter and that it needs to be replaced and I say okay. Might as well do it now. He says, he also recommends the coolant and transmission change and I say not right now. That's like 400 dollars more that I can't afford right now. Jeffrey than says that he emailed me the paper work and when I check my pdf estimate it saysExpress $137.45 I'm like huh? I never asked for express and why is it $137.45 when Jeffrey quoted me, $84.95 so I went to go talk to him and he tells that I signed for it and I say yes I signed for 84.95 and not 137.45. He doesn't seem to care that the email is wrong and I ask him to get his manager. He then goes talk to Gary Silva, the manager on site and he was nice and said that indeed it is supposed to be $84.95 and that their computers were down last week and blah, blah what might have caused it and I said, well that's a big difference in pricing and I did not agree. He checks his computer and says me his monitor that shows $84.95 is a special supposedly but that there is a glitch and why it shows $137.45. Than I ask why are you sending me an email that says express 137.45?He said there is a glitch in the system and Monday morning he will call Nissan to have it fixed but I still got screwed and no one did anything to help me.I told them this is the last time I ever come get my service done here. I bought the first kicks in 2018 here in modesto and this is how you treat a customer?Gary Silva gave me his card and said, next time you come, the oil change is on me but after all this do you think I am interested in coming back?Jeffrey went in the back, clearly mad and kept interrupting my conversation with Gary, until I asked him to stop interrupting my conversation. Jeffery went in the back area, where they fix the cars and was talking bad about me to the staff and everyone who would come close to me would give me a dirty look. Jeffrey was clearly talking bad about me. I said, if this is how you treat a customer that speaks good English I would hate to think how you treat those who speak no English. I bought a brand new 2018 kicks there at Nissan! The very first in the area and in the last year things have changed with their prices and services. They seem to care more for taking advantage of people than saving a customer. They quote you one thing verbally and in the email show you something completely different and if you don't pay attention they try to screw you over. Don't sign anything until it's the price they quoted you is correct and double check the email they send you once you are there at the dealership to confirm it's the exact same price because one can't trust these people!!

Most reviews for dealerships are towards the Sales and Service Department which is unfortunate because there are other key departments/employees that contribute to the customer's experience! Today I want to give a hugeTHANK YOU to ZACK and JASMIN from the Parts Department for making my day a little brighter! Your kindness and positivity were exactly what I needed on a tough day.

The service was great! Jerry Delgado was super helpful during the whole process. Was my first time financing and buying a car. Answered all my questions with a smile and made the answers clear and would come up with solutions to anything that wouldn’t fit for me. Fast and easy.

Teresa was amazing! She helped us find the right car and was very thorough with any questions we had. Did not get the “sales pitch” feel and she met all our needs. So happy we got the car we wanted and needed here! Definitely recommending friends and family to this location.

We had such a wonderful experience with Maria! We let her know our budget and what we were looking for, and she helped us find something that checked off nearly every single box. She made sure to go over the different features of the car and how to use them, and I never felt rushed to get to the next step. I also never felt pressured to buy something just because it was on the lot. Not only would I recommend Central Valley Nissan, but I would highly recommend Maria to anyone looking to buy a vehicle!

This is a wonderful dealership, we were warmly welcome. Our sales associate Teresa Jimenez was outstanding. My husband explain I was in a wheelchair, and our special needs.she gave him a catalog and her number if I had any questions. Of the models on the lot we fell in love with sentra in Scarlet Ember with charcoal interior and all the options we wanted. The manager Neal low was great he made sure we got the sentra we loved. Andera martinez our financial manager made sure everything went thru with no problems and was easy to work with.The Delivery with music and fanfair and even a bow was wonderful.
