My boyfriend and I just recently moved into the neighborhood and we decided to check out the local stores to see what was around. And when I was younger my mom would take my siblings and I to Walgreens just to get a snacks so I also wanted to see if it was the same. Obviously Walgreens is a little pricey but the convenience of having a 24hr in walking distance is great. So last night we went and immediately all eyes were on us which obviously isn't the issue (there's a whole police camera that's outside so we had an idea of why that was there) as we were walking down the snack aisle because that's mostly what we came for, we noticed at least three different employees either walking passed the aisle or were at the end of the aisles just standing there. And we were the only ones in the store at the time . We stayed for maybe another 10 minutes and as soon as we turned the corner an older Asian women told her younger male employee to "watch these two" and she didn't know we were standing right there and she turned and looked at us not knowing we were standing there and awkwardly starting laughing and walked away knowing she got caught saying that out loud for customers to hear. And a little backstory of us, I'm a nurse carrying a very expensive purse and my boyfriend is a construction worker so we have the expenses to shop there. After that encounter I wanted to leave immediately we so felt DISRESPECTED and PROFILED. But we decided to get our items and we left. We obviously will not be coming here again. And obviously we know Walgreens is a big corporation and loosing two customers is not a big deal but I hope the employees will learn from this.

1st and last time I will ever pick up medicine here. I gave the pharmacy tech my prescription and she tells me to come back in an hour. I came back after an hour and it's a new pharmacy tech at the window and they lost my f******* prescription.

I'm not even home before writing this review. Over 2 hours to get 2 prescriptions with no text like I was told. If I could give this drive through pharmacy a 0 I would. Just shut the drive through down already. What's the point? I won't be coming back here again for medicine.

A terrible place to shop. We recently waited over an hour for service. The personnel is rude. Their priorities are messed up. Now they won't sell necessary, legal, products to the people. The management are cowards who buckle to the stupid, which they are a member of. There are consistent problems with their computer system and pricing guidelines. I won't buy anything from them except for my necessary drugs (I hope they don't decide to not sell these) and will get my OTC goods from CVS or Rite-Aid. A terribly manage business.

I have been sitting in the drive up line for prescriptions for an hour. This is the worst service I have EVER had. There is no reason for this!! Very angry..

Customer service goes a long way and Martha in the pharmacy is missing it. She is rude, disrespectful and needs a new job away from customers. Poor poor service!

Worst customer service!!! I am a frequent shopper however I will be taking my business elsewhere. Alexia causally sat at the register with no other customer in line. I was trying to do an even exchange on some make up I had purchased 2 days prior when she didn't want to exchange it properly. I asked her to get her manager and the manager came over to over another register as someone got in line. The manager informed Alexia to use same rate that I had already paid. With an attitude she completed the transaction. At the end I ended up starting to walk out with the product. I turned back and asked for the original receipt (that she threw in the trash). She said "well I threw it out." I politely said "well then I guess you can dig it out!" Grumbly about she was trying to make it seem like forever to get to it. So as I can see it sitting on top. I shared that ok, I will wait! Walgreens time to remind people if they don't want to work, get a new job!!

More bush league than ever before... Today our family had an interesting experience with Walgreen's. Let me state at the outset that the clerk or pharmacist who helped me did her best to do what she could with a company that is increasingly bush league in an industry that needs MUCH better. My wife, who was called to San Francisco to visit her mother who just jumped to stage 4 cancer, and today entered at home hospice and is waiting to die, called and asked her doctor to transfer her blood pressure meds to an SF Walgreens as she has run out (her stay had to be extended due to the unexpected and sudden change in her Mother's condition. After doing this, Walgreen's called my phone (not hers) and told me in Modesto that the meds were ready in SF. I called my wife. She went to the Walgreens there only to find out, no meds. She called and got someone who said "no, they are in Modesto." She then asked that I pick them up as I was heading her way. I went there and sat in what may have been the longest time yet waiting in the drive through to be first told that there was nothing there, then that it was scheduled for tomorrow, then they could have it ready later today. I did a little digging and learned that even when you call the "local" number, you may get a call center who knows where instead of someone at your local Walgreens who cares about you. Seriously folks? How Mickey Mouse can you be? How totally thoughtless, how poorly run can you be? Oh yes, perhaps we can chat on the conflicting signs at your drive through. The one that says "open 10-7" (it was about 4pm and the second lane was closed) or the one that says they "close for lunch" but no times posted at the drive-up. I say again, how Mickey Mouse and poorly run can you be? At Walgreens, pretty bad.

Mai was so rude , I was picking up a prescription that was supposed to be ready yesterday, she said I'd have to pay for it myself as it wasn't time yet, she went to her boss and got the okay to do that. When she put the prescription in the system she says "oh it went through " after giving me the runaround didn't say anything just dropped the bag and walked away. I'm tired of people being rude because I'm old, it's discrimination.

Horrible! Set up for my rx to be delivered, because I can't drive atm. After waiting all day, I call them to find out how much longer I have to wait, just to be told that now it won't be delivered till Monday. What's the point in having same day delivery of your not going to deliver same day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WALGREEN DELIVERY!!!

Too bad we can not leave zero stars. This store needs to open there own policy and procedures manual and drop attitudes. They are braking many ethical and code of conduct laws by there own medical board. Sadly they do not count days correctly either not allowing for day of pickup and 31 days in a month as per Walgreens policy at corporate. Prescription are to be counted from day of pickup on and allow for extra days in month, all other Walgreens pharmacy do this but not Raj, Loc, Christine. Sadly when confronted about error in counting Raj makes discrimination remarks and hangs up. Yes this will upset patients. They even lie and tell your physician office they will not fill it until they want even though late by two days. This staff needs retrained by district manager and or sued for violating oath. Lastly turned into the California Dept of Pharmacy for all violations!

Call to Walgreens pharmacy to refill my elderly mom prescription. A lady/tech named by Christina pick up. I was telling her about her medicine and she keeps telling me that she can't help me because she wants the name. I am telling her what medicine but she was keep refusing to help. Can the manager listen to the call. She should help patients not to aggressive or tell that she can't help till I give the name. I didn't have all her medicine off my head that is why I called. This is so unprofessional Christina/Kristina. Very unprofessional

Arrogant, inefficient. They are a long way from being at the corner of happy and healthy.

Excuses abound! From out of stock medication to distracted, rude counter staff are a couple of reasons for my two star rating. It sometimes takes a while to fill a prescription!

I have never seen a place that has more disregard for it's customers than this place. The pick-up line of cars is ridiculous!! Drove up the other day and they had a family of 4 outside at the window getting tested for covid (only after I asked) that should have been tested indoors. The line of cars was wrapped around the building, I saw 2 cars pull out of line and leave. When I finally got to window I asked why those people were being served at window and CSR told me they were covid testing. I said you have people here waiting for some time and they are leaving. She replied oh well, they will come back. That's the second time I have got that response with people pulling out and leaving when the line was so long with cars waiting. So it tells me they could care less about customers, oh well they will come back. They think you have all the time in the world to waste time in line. If I could leave I would but unfortunately my insurance chose Walgreens. Get 2nd window working in drive thru. HIRE MORE PEOPLE !!!
