“I rented a truck to downsize my mother. Enterprise only gave me one key. Which was lost and we called roadside assistance. I was told they couldn't help. We were far from a metropolitan area. Plus it being a Saturday made things worse. We had to call a locksmith and pay out of pocket for a replacement key. Which was a 1000. and finished at 2:30 am Sunday. Then coming home Sunday the truck broke down halfway home. I called roadside assistance again. This time they did set up a tow, but for the next day. We had to find a place to stay for the night. Which we did. I started getting calls at 7:00am Monday for our tow. Brooke from Enterprise was wonderful to deal with. Very apologetic about everything. She arranged for the rental to be towed to my house. So that we could unload it. She said that we could take the time needed to unload. Once we finished, to let her know. Then schedule it to be towed and repaired. There was no pressure to unload quickly. I never felt that Enterprise blamed me for any of the problems I was having. The following day, I reached out to Brooke about the final amount due. Brooke was very fair and I was very pleased with the final bill. I would definitely rent from Enterprise Truck Rental in Modesto or anywhere else due to service we recieved from Brooke. “The staff is really kind and patient here. It was a pleasure doing business here. I made a last minute reservation and the car was a bit messy, I was just happy they had a vehicle for me and the staff made it all worthwhile. If you need a clean vehicle make a reservation in advance to allow for them to do the full clean.”

“Picking up at Modesto airport is a plus because drop off is anytime on the weekend. The process is a bit confusing so ask before you take your car. We had a 40 min wait on a weekday with reservations so go early. Only one person at the counter . A long wait for a small airport. No help with deciding what vehicle so do the research. And they mentioned no dogs in the car so inquire about that if that might be a concern. The radio was awful and difficult in the Mazda mid suburban. I would recommend someone from Avis go over the features before you leave the lot.”

The staff is professional and friendly, and the feel of the office is somewhat casual. Adrienne, Shelby, and Victor are very helpful. Patience is a must during certain times, but worth the wait.”

“Jonathan went beyond measures to help me through and with my process that I had with Caliber Collision and my claim that I had through a accident with the other drivers insurance. He even helped with an upgrade due to accommodations I asked last minute. Also I wish I had the Ladys name that picked me up from Caliber Collision super kind helping my son & I in the car and driving us to the Enterprise facility. Also the manager that I spoke to on 1/31/24 for her patience when one of her employee named Briana that called stating I had to owe 3,500 on the coverage which had me highly upset. The manager listened to my situation and she investigated through my account/claim and in conclusion she stated I had nothing to owe that Briana had made a mistake. So I truly felt cared for through service and my process, also very well taken care of at this location! Thank you 3 for your help and generosity to me!”
