“I rented a truck to downsize my mother. Enterprise only gave me one key. Which was lost and we called roadside assistance. I was told they couldn't help. We were far from a metropolitan area. Plus it being a Saturday made things worse. We had to call a locksmith and pay out of pocket for a replacement key. Which was a 1000. and finished at 2:30 am Sunday. Then coming home Sunday the truck broke down halfway home. I called roadside assistance again. This time they did set up a tow, but for the next day. We had to find a place to stay for the night. Which we did. I started getting calls at 7:00am Monday for our tow. Brooke from Enterprise was wonderful to deal with. Very apologetic about everything. She arranged for the rental to be towed to my house. So that we could unload it. She said that we could take the time needed to unload. Once we finished, to let her know. Then schedule it to be towed and repaired. There was no pressure to unload quickly. I never felt that Enterprise blamed me for any of the problems I was having. The following day, I reached out to Brooke about the final amount due. Brooke was very fair and I was very pleased with the final bill. I would definitely rent from Enterprise Truck Rental in Modesto or anywhere else due to service we recieved from Brooke. “I've rented from this Budget Car Rental location twice now, and each time has been a fantastic experience. The front desk lady, whose name I unfortunately don't know, has always gone above and beyond to ensure my rental process is smooth and stress-free. Not only was she super helpful with the paperwork, but she even came to my rescue once when I needed a phone charger in a pinch!One of the things I appreciate most about Budget Car Rental is the cleanliness of their vehicles. Both times I've rented, the cars were spotless and well-maintained, which is always reassuring. It's clear that they take pride in their fleet.Another aspect that sets Budget apart is their Sunday hours. It's incredibly convenient to be able to return a car on a Sunday when many other rental companies are closed. This flexibility has been a lifesaver for me on more than one occasion.Overall, I can't recommend Budget Car Rental enough. Very patient, helpful, kind, well informed about company etc. & goes above & beyond for customers. She helped me get into a gas car from an electric car after weeks of calling & being told it wasn’t possible & they weren’t sure when they’d receive gas cars for Lyft. I just watched her work with her coworkers to get everyone taken care of while the internet was down & deal with a very rude customer & she handled it was such class & professionalism.”
