The front desk lady, whose name I unfortunately don't know, has always gone above and beyond to ensure my rental process is smooth and stress-free. Not only was she super helpful with the paperwork, but she even came to my rescue once when I needed a phone charger in a pinch!One of the things I appreciate most about Budget Car Rental is the cleanliness of their vehicles. Both times I've rented, the cars were spotless and well-maintained, which is always reassuring. It's clear that they take pride in their fleet.Another aspect that sets Budget apart is their Sunday hours. It's incredibly convenient to be able to return a car on a Sunday when many other rental companies are closed. “I rent here about twice a month as it's just as convenient to drive to LA for work vs. fly from here... The staff is always very professional and friendly but the cars almost always have something wrong with them (damage, smell like weed, not full fuel tanks, etc.) Airport locations get the best cars apparently.”
