“First of I called at 8:15 in the morning hoping to be able to get them over in the next day or two to fix a cracked window for our home showing this weekend. They informed me that they would be able to get me in that same day and would call when someone was available. Not even an hour later they called and they were at the house fixing the window. Amazing!The next day there was a slight issue that normally wouldn't have been a big deal that we could have figured out but since we were running around trying to take care of so many little things we just called and asked if they could come back and take care of it.They were super understanding, came right away and totally fixed the issue. “Alex and the team took great care to get the job done right and in the window of time they promised. I had a tight window before I had to get my baby back home for a nap, and they were done 10 mins earlier than promised.They went out of the way to address any concerns I had after the fact. They also made great recommendations for my vehicle without upselling me on useless stuff I don't need.There is also a dog park around the corner that you can check out while waiting if you are a dog person, or have a toddler that likes dogs.”
