I have been paying for “service” for about 12 years. What this company mostly does is supply ink. You have to call them for any regular cleanings or service. They do not proactively maintain your printer, even when you buy it through them. It’s like buying insurance and is for those “just in case” situations, even though the contract says they do regular maintenance. As long as you know what you are really getting, I guess it’s ok just like paying for all the other insurance policies in life.

We were in need of having someone help us move our copy machine from the entry area in our front office to behind the desk. I made several calls, including the company we bought it from as well as different moving companies. I was beyond frustrated that I could not find one person who could help us. I was referred to Aaron Kellums with C.A. Redding, he came over evaluated the situation, and went far and beyond in helping us move our copier. I'm forever grateful for the personal services as well as how knowledgeable he was.

CA Reding provides excellent service and their prices are very competitive. Dana LeBlanc and Art Weisberg were very helpful in the process of the new lease. They were professional and easy to work with. The tech guys were also very helpful and knowledgeable.

My work has been using them since before I started working there (about 16 years ago). It's a great company and I recommend them to anyone who is looking for this kind of service. Toby Throne is the tech that usually comes out when we need something. He is really knowledgeable about the machines and is very nice and professional. When we have to put in a service call they usually come out that same day or the next.
