I recently had my car door repaired and I must say, the service was excellent! The repair job was done so well that my door looks as good as new. Friendly and attentive along with being reasonable in pricing and efficient. I was able to get a quick estimate whereas other body shops in area will put you off with you having to make an appointment for An estimator to meet with you days or weeks out.Highly recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Great business to deal with. I have had to deal with body shops before and their timeframe for being done never goes according to plan and it’s always extended. Recently I had to bring my truck in for body repairs at Burnside.The front end and side panels were damaged. This isn’t my first time to have Burnside repair a vehicle for me. They know from last experience that I have very high standards as I used to do frameoff restorations so I expect to best. Today when I went to get my truck, I stood there looking at all the body lines and they were absolutely perfect. The paint and blending of paint from new to old is second to none. The paint job is better than factory and no orange peal what so ever. I was tickled to see the outstanding job they did for me. A special thanks to Jarred for hiring the best of the best in auto body industry and maintaining them. So without hesitation, I would recommend Burnside to anyone that needs extensive body repairs. From start to finish Burnside auto body shop provided a service that deserves nothing less than 5 stars. From immediately contacting me about scheduling an appointment right after I had notified my insurance about the accident, to getting my car ready for me sooner than I had expected. Even when getting to the shop late they still didn’t hesitate to give good customer service. Not to mention you wouldn’t even know the car had been damaged prior to them working on it.

This was my first time at Burnside. Upon arriving, I noticed how clean and organize the shop was. A complete tear down of the passenger side tailgate and a complete repaint and everything is perfect. Everyone was very helpful and professional and took the time to make sure everything was done correctly.

They were very nice though I felt like since the appointment was made three weeks in advance they should of had the parts for my truck. It would of been nice if they had contacted me to give me heads up that it wasn't going to ready on time. Otherwise I was happy with the work that was done. Thank you w Teague

I took my car in July 10, 2023 and got it back today July 10,2023. They would call me to keep me updated on the status of my car. I would definitely use Burnside again but let's hope I don't have to lol I would like to keep my car looking as pretty as she did when I bought her in 2018.Services: Painting

Burnside is one of two shops I took my car to for an insurance claim. One shop took a look and recommended totaling the car. Burnside honored my first claim and completed the work in a couple of days. You can't tell there was ever damage to the car, the work is seamless.Save yourself time and stress, go to Burnside first and don't waste your time with any other shop.Services: Painting
