Gavin helped me out today when I was having a rough day at the mall. He was so friendly and knowledgeable about the products and Anime. I was really impressed by his amazing customer service skills. I love the stores. I always get my backpacks here and shirts and other stuff. My daughters love coming here. The prices are a little bit expensive and they should have more sales events. What I'm talking about is that they should do more sales like what other stores do. Sales like Express Macy's, Victoria's secret etc. Etc do more coupons And sales. The people here are nice and friendly. The store would probably get More business too if they can offer more sales.

This location used to be my favorite. Things have changed from about a year and by a lot . Previously drops used to be fair and exciting. Really neatly organized and respectful. Now, we have to deal with employees who are awkward and others that cheat their way to steal a chase from those who make a line . Cough, cough, cough (Heather )

I really love this store, every time you go in you get the best customer service, as somebody always greets you and checks if you need help. It also is always very organized and clean.

Didn't feel safe shopping here on 2-5-24 due to a large black tarp holding a lot of water that was leaking from the roof. It was dripping off the tarp somewhat in a home depot bucket and the floor oh and it's right by the register where you wait in line

I always used to like coming to this store and finding lots of anime! But recently there's hardly any anime stuff especially apparel. And it's always the same stock in the store :/ I hope they put new ones soon.

First of all, I love their merchandise!!! Disney, Loungefly, Hello Kitty, The T.V. show Friends... Cuteness galore!! Why the low review then?? I am frustrated by their Box Lunch money. It seems like a waste of time. Unlike other stores where you can actually utilize your reward "cash" on almost anything. Here, you CANNOT!! I tried so hard to find items that I could purchase that I enjoy, and that qualify for the Box Lunch money I earned! I have to spend 120 dollars to receive 60 dollars (50%) "free" However, like I said most of their best items do not qualify. Disney, Loungefly, you know the good stuff you want to buy. The reason I came to the store in the first place!! What is the point of this Lunch Money if I can't spend it? What is the point?!
