I went in today 1-23-24 at around 4:20 pm. The Female employee was rude telling me to wait while the person was leaving I was turning in tickets I then said nevermind give me back my tickets she threw them on the counter towards the front and said she was not going to cash them at that point I didn't want to cash them there the other employees have ALWAYS been great then she told me to leave and called me a *itch. At no time did I swear at her and mention that she had no reason to call me a name as I had not said anything rude that's when I told her I wanted to speak to a manager and was not leaving, she said she would call the police. She called her manager. I have never seen this employee she needs to learn better customer service skills other customers were in the store in line.

It's fine. It's just nothing special. I visited the store, looking for a twelve pack, would have done better at grocery store

Bottle and cork is by far the best liquor store I’ve ever been to in terms of liquor/wine/beer selections and customer service! Down to earth and friendly owner and employees. Bottle and cork will be my one stop shop from now on.
