So I've been going to this place since it opened. Which is a long long time ago? I recently went this past Saturday to put a new gauge on my nose. The girl doing the piercings that day puncture my nose so hard. Let me remind you that my nose has been pierced. Since I was 15 years old I am 36 now. I have never gotten any type of infection on my nose. Every time I go in there at the employees that work. There are very helpful they let you know What Gauge. is going to fit in your nose What gauge You shouldn't Put on Your nose. I mean that's their job right? I have also taken my daughter. She's 18 years old now to get her nose pierced there. 'cause that's how much I trust this place. Any. Home? Let's go back to this past Saturday. This girl Punjar my nose so hard she put a bigger Gauge on my nose. She Knew that ..bf I forget to mention as she Didn't even clean my nose before putting my new Gauge that I paid $178 dollars in 36 cents for. It is Thursday now yesterday I had to take the gauge out .My nose is infected. I've had my nosed pierced since I was 15 years old ones again and I have never had an issue with my piercings with any gauge. I Always go in to that place and put in until now. I am upset She knew that the gauge wasn't going to fit into my tiny hole. And instead of helping me out she punctured it in it hurts so bad and I am dealing with pain right now and with medication to fight the infection.

I got both sides of my nose piercings here and one healed perfectly and then a few months past and I went to get my other one pierced and I thought it healed right but then out of no where it got infected and I got a bump and hella puss started coming out so I jus tried to heal it and it went down but then a week later it came back again so I jus eventually had to go get it taken out.Service: Nose piercing

I've gotten two piercings from this place and one healed beautifully while the other became infected. I've been fighting the infection and trying to save the piercing on and off since I got it a couple months ago. Sadly I had to remove the jewelry and the swelling went down. I didn't have this issue with the first piercing (both are flat helix) so it could just be me or one ear is extra sensitive. I've always had a good experience with them, customer service is great.I got the first piercing a little over a year ago and got the second one a couple months ago.Service: Ear piercing

Me and my daughter both got our piercings there. I love how fast the lady is and how wonderful she is. Recommend people go to her more because she does it fast. It doesn't hurt and it's really, really fast.Service: Nose piercing

I typically don’t leave reviews but people should know that this place isn’t very great. I took my sister in to get her first ever piercing. She was very excited and she didn’t know where to get it done. We asked the front desk lady and she said she wasn’t sure so my sister asked which hurts less and the lady responded that she didn’t know because she didn’t have all the different ear piercings! You would think someone who works at a piercing shop would know what piercings hurt most and healing times but she didn’t. Every question we asked she didn’t have an answer for which was weird. My sister ended up getting her rook pierced and 2 days later it got really infected. So now it has pus and blood coming out and it’s so swollen her ear looks as if it has been blown up like a balloon. I tried calling multiple times to ask what to do and no one answered so I ended up asking another piercing shop and they were very helpful! Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place and we are never going back.Service: Ear piercing

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Workers are rude and unwelcoming, I get the feeling that they feel revolted every time a customer walks into the shop. Chick with the purple hair and bangs at the front is rude, chick who pierced me was rude, neither of them were helpful NOR friendly. Stone-faced robotic employees. I HIGHLY recommend you go to an actual piercing shop where you will feel safe and welcomed. My bad for coming here and paying for your services, don’t need to give me attitude and I’m definitely never coming back here again. Never go to a piercing shop with less than 4 star reviews.Services: Ear piercing

I had gotten my nose pierced by them a year before. I've done a lot of research, made sure I wore a crop top and jeans that were lower when I went in. I even made sure I had enough skin for the piercing on my stomach. However when I went and was waiting in line, another girl was filling her paperwork out. The front desk receptionist looked at me and I smiled, she didn't smile back. Which was fine, until she asked me what I needed and if she could answer some questions. I told her I wanted to get my belly button pierced, she told me to come over to her. Then told me I couldn't get my button pierced I was too skinny, I really do think they should have at least had the person who does the piercings come to look at my stomach themselves. I do have enough fat on my upper stomach to get it pierced she just refused me getting a piercing for some reason. She was rude.

I highly DO NOT recommend this place. The customer service badly needs a crash course! . The Piercing Lady was extremely rude and obnoxious, thus we had to leave the premises of this awful place! Thanks God, there are better places - we went to Sin Cal Piercing McHenry where customer service was awesome, not to mention the piercing guy - who highly professional and qualified - was gentle and took his time. Great customer services and very qualified personnel.

If I could rate them a zero would be far the worst experience I have ever had the female piercer is weird and rude and the staff has no clue what they are talking about the jewelry never stays in place balls are never tightened well so u loose jewelry and have to go buy more. It’s the only place open on a Sunday but I would rather wait then ever go here.

Tracy was extremely informative and helpful when it came to choosing jewelry.. And Sabrina did an outstanding job piercing mine and my friend’s flats.. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this shop and these girls to anyone!! 10/10 ⭐️

Got a naval piercing, which turned out super cute but the staff were not very friendly. Rude and quiet when talked to, at least say something when you’re being spoken to. If you want to go to a piercing parlor with super friendly people, go to Emerald, not this store. Definitely not going back again!

AVOID. Rude & ignorant employees, this is essentially the walmart version of a good tattoo and piercing parlor. If you want something cheap with rude service, go here. They were very rude to my wife, and they also didn't know what they were talking about in regards to piercings and whether or not they would fit her anatomy. If you want a good parlor, I'd highly recommend Union Tattoo and Piercings in Manteca, they'll even tell you that Body Jewlz is a complete joke. Here's hoping a better store takes their spot in the mall.Services: Piercings

I went in looking for size 18g nose jewelry and asked several tomes over if it was the right size. I knew it didnt look right, but they insisted it was an 18. I checked with a different piercer outside of the mall and found out that they had sold me two 20 guage L bars. A waste of 30$. The staff seemed annoyed at my questions, but this has happened three times now. They seem to love selling you the wrong size. They dont do returns either. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If you're looking for good service and correct sizing, I suggest going to Emerald Tattoo and Piercings.Service: Piercings

I came to get my nose piercing and 1 day later I realized that I could not see the piercing from the inside of my nose they had used a cartilage piercing for my nose which caused it to get stuck inside my nose bc the other side had closed. these people don’t know what they are doing I had to go to a piercing shop to get it removed and was told that there was no way that jewelry could be used for a nose piercing!!!Service: Piercings
