Big Bear Car Wash is a convenient spot for vehicle cleaning, especially for travelers or those needing a quick wash. Customers appreciate the contactless car wash option, which does a good job removing bugs and light dirt, making it ideal for long drives or quick cleanups. One customer drove four hours from LA and was pleased with the contactless service, noting that the wash worked well and that a free microfiber towel was provided for drying, ensuring no water stains remain. Others have used the self-serve options, including drive-in washes and wand washes, which offer flexibility depending on preference. Some reviews mention that the automatic wash may not dry the car thoroughly, so drying with the provided towel is recommended. The staff is generally helpful, with at least one attendant offering assistance and a towel, though some found the approach a bit strange. The location is also noted for its relaxed atmosphere, with occasional presence of homeless individuals doing their own thing, but this does not affect the overall experience. Overall, Big Bear Car Wash offers effective, affordable, and accessible services suitable for quick vehicle maintenance or long-distance travelers needing a fast clean.
Carwash worked as expected, kind of dirty and people hanging out

I went to use the vacuums yesterday and only had dollar bills. Went to the change machine and got $3 in quarters. It gave me a mix of quarters and big bear car wash coins. The vacuums didn’t even accept the big bear coins, so ended up paying $2 for $1 vacuum and no number to call or place to write them.

Homeless hang here and if you use your card they charge 10$ even if you only used it for a few minutes. Trashy place
