The room was nice and comfortable, but....... The TV programing was analog not digital which means it's nothing but home shopping and informercials , nothing else. And although they advertise a complimentary deluxe hot breakfast buffet is available in the breakfast room from 6:30 to 9:30am daily, there is nothing identifying the breakfast room so good luck finding it. Definitely won't stay there ever again and I certainly won't recommend this place to anyone. No breakfast at Motel 6, but at least their tv programing provides something to watch.

This location looks nice, a downtown area. I asked the front desk a few times if it would be safe to walk for dinner. She initially said no. We had items stolen from our truck which was parked 8 feet from the door while the "security" person drove thru at 3:42 am. This dude came back three times and kept taking things. The morning front desk lady was helpful in getting us footage and helping the police with copies of the camera footage. Modesto police never came out BTW. Too busy I guess Room was borderline ok, carpet was threadbare.

Room was smaller than expected. Had very disruptive people above and beside me during my stay made it less enjoyable

There's a little of traffic noise and the parking is limited. But, the service was great, the room was clean and cozy. The property was well kept.

We were down the way at Ramada and were quoted a $300 deposit for a one night stay. We made our way to Best Western and the deposit was reasonable at $100, and the gentleman at the front desk was friendly and informative. Room was clean, check in was speedy. Thank you!!

I'm not a big review person. But wanted to leave one for this motel. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, they have a great ac/heat/fan that was able to stay on at night and didn't shut off. Staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was a plus and coffee was good. Location was perfect for what we needed. Recommend to anyone who is thinking about staying here!! 5 stars!Nearby activities: Lots to do in Modesto. Close to downtown.Safety: Felt super safe!!

Saving money on A/C that comes on & off every 3 minutes and not having enough plugs resulted in a bad sleep experience for $154/night. The attempt at the breakfast was good. But only offering margarine ruined it for .e. Get real butter. Garbage cans were too small. Staff were accommodating.

Stayed here just one night, and the accommodations are nice. They are working on the breakfast area, and the breakfast is standard for what you would expect from Best Western. Thank you for a nice stay!

I feel like the rooms were small. The disabled lift for the pool was not working. We had a hard time getting my disabled niece into the pool. Breakfast was good and the pool was clean.

The room is ok. Maids do a good job. The surrounding area is horrible. Bums in the breakfast room. Bums taking ice when they want and digging through garbage. Can't have a cigarette outside my room without one coming up and asking for one. And I just witnessed a prostitution transaction in the parking lot. Front desk lady was nice at check in, room is basic but clean and everything works.

You know what's really nice after a 7 hour drive from the Coachella Valley to Modesto? A really nice soak in a hot tub/ jacuzzi with a 15 to 20 minute yoga stretch sequence (in the tub.) I really appreciated having a clean, hot, jacuzzi available for use after having dinner. The rooms were clean and nice with all the extra goodies like fridge, ironing board and iron, blow drier, etc. For a professional traveling for work, I would give Best Western Townhouse Lodge 2 thumbs up.

Lots of places to walk to from the hotel. The customer service is horrible however, I've dealt with the same woman both times I stayed and she could care less about her job. The last time I went, there was active construction going on in the office and instead of the woman telling the crew to please stop for five minutes she just looked at me and kept talking in a low voice. I told her several times I couldn't hear her and she just laughed and looked at me without saying anything. The rooms were cozy at least.

We have one king bed upstairs for one night. The room is not as big as the photos on the website but ok. The hotel location is great, you can walk to farmers market, famous mansion, museum, and downtown area. Parking is free and easy. They also have hot breakfast with sausage egg waffles cereal and of course coffees. The food is available as early as 6 am , great for running marathon at 7 am.
