Barrios Realty Consultants is not a just another brokerage to work for. They pride themselves on integrity and truly make you feel like family. The trainings they give are beneficial to realtors old and new. The one on one support is available instantly to answer any questions you may have. Did I forget to also mention the commission splits are beyond amazing! This brokerage is going places and I am so excited to be part of this team.

While looking for a brokerage I came across Barrios realty consultant, I called and I spoke directly with Jessica which I liked and after our meeting I knew instantly that I wanted to join the brokerage. I am a local landlord and I use Barrios Realty for my property management. I have seven properties and Barrios handles all the advertising, tenant screening and legal aspects for me. I highly recommend them and will ONLY use them. The communication is like no other and I can always count on them to answer any questions I have.

Jessica recently sold our home and helped us purchase our dream home! She was ON IT! Extremely responsive and not afraid to be persistent to get us into our home. She even drove to the bay to expedite the paperwork! Jessica was key to purchasing our home. We had no idea what we were doing, and she walked us through the process! She made it easy and was flexible with her time.
