Wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone, horrible customer service and won’t help you if you have a dispute. Last year I had evidence that Amazon had riped me off and charged me three times. But they sided with Amazon even though I showed them I had only bought the item once and I had been charged twice more. Now they decided to put a hold onto every direct deposit check that comes in. Even though I get paid every Friday and now I can’t pay my rent on time because of this. Worst decision I’ve ever made I’d suggest going to a different bank.

Recently made a account here and I can't be more grateful and happy with the customer service I record on my first visit. I spend the day shopping around all the local banks in the area which is a lot of branches! After reviewing all there account policies, rates, & fees. It was a easy choose going with the Bank of Stockton. I was helped my a very kind lady named Saireen Chand. Her kindness, honesty, & knowledge was intrinsic. Highly recommend the B.O.S to anyone looking for quality customer service and a good bank .

Don't go to the bank on Dale Road. They are only nice to people that have been banking there for years. They are rude and don't help you when you have questions. They give you vague answers and don't help you at all. You are better off going to the bank of stockton in Manteca, they are a lot friendlier and they smile and greet you when you walk in.

I highly recommend the Bank of Stockton on Dale Rd. The manager Sue and her staff provides incredible service! The bank is clean, spacious, and they have several tellers open at all times! This is the best banking I have experienced in the past 25 years with outstanding customer service ??
