βReal nice people, and real quick work. Went for an oil change and they helped me with putting on my grille after an animal accident, even made assessments to my car and general maintenance tips after I asked them for advice.
5 jolly stars for their good ethic, not to mention that their price quotes were very reasonable. Highly recommend them, the other reviews were right and I've seen no reason to prove them wrong yet.β
βI first chose this shop because of the customer service when I first called. The staff I spoke with was very helpful and showed compassion/care when I explained my situation. The shop continued to excel as they helped me deal with navigating my insurance claim. The repairs needed were done in a quick and timely fashion. I am very happy with the service I received.β

βI took my car to Toyota dealership in Modesto , paid 180 $ for diagnostics, the dealership diagnosed that it is much complicated and further diagnostics must be carried out for an additional 450 dollars, I wasted 180 dollars in dealership but I was lucky enough to find Family Auto Repair, they fixed my Toyota prius for 300 dollars out the door, the guy is a well experienced mechanic and a humble man, I highly recommend this place!β

βWOW! Where to start! I am and still am blown away by the help, level of customer service and friendliness' that this shop has. I was referred to Kevin and his shop by Chris @ Ca Auto. I will admit I was a bit nervous and I didn't want to have one get over on me and be honest with what the issue was with my car. I was treated with the utmost respect! I can't emphasize that enough. I explained to Kevin what the issue was over the phone and he knew exactly what it was and was able to get me in that afternoon. Unfortunately, I wouldn't have a ride if I dropped my car off at that time so he allowed me to bring it the next day at 8am. He had given me a loose quote over the phone with the best and worst case scenario. Thankfully to expertise and knowledge I walked away with the best scenario and a huge relief. He recommended I bring by car back at so many miles and you better believe I have that note in my phone. Thank you Kevin and the rest of the team for making my experience there amazing. I would highly recommend to anyone! It's truly hard to find honest people who value their customers.β

They had smiles on their faces and were so personable. I called around and they had the best price out of everyone. Did a great job and didn't take too long. Definitely recommend this place! βTook my car here for a windshield. I got a used windshield for a good price and it looks fantastic--better than my original! Everyone was friendly and the installers had great attention to detail. "After care" instructions for my new window and a clear timeline were provided and were easy to understand. Happily recommend to anyone needing new auto glass.β
βMy name is Patricia. I have a 550 BMW as you know this is a very expensive car. I took it to an import shop to get repaired on ninth Street. Itβs at there for 3+ days. They didnβt even look at it. I told my girlfriend about it, she referred me to the shop. She says they take all their vehicles there. They were amazing within two days. My car was totally repaired. I was scared to get the total price of the car. It was a little over $1000 granite I live on a fixed income , I guarantee if I wouldβve took this car anywhere else it wouldβve been a lot more . I will never take my car to Valley BMW. All they do is overcharged on everything these gentlemen at this place were professional and got to my car immediately even though they had other cars they were working on also, they literally got the job done and Iβm sure gave me a break because I know the work was more than they charge me. I had my car back with a day and a half. I am so grateful to this shop and feel so blessed that I had a girlfriend that knew where they would take good care of somebody that lives on a very tight budget , I got my baby back and Iβm happy to say if you have an expensive car like mine that is very high maintenance and you want somebody to trust go to the shop they treat you right they do not try to overcharge they get it done and you will never go wrong get your car fixed here. My car is a 2016 with very low mileage under 40,000 miles on it. I am so grateful to the mechanics and how professional they are. Thank you so very much to all the gentleman that repaired my car and got me back onto the road , this is this is not five stars. It is in my book. βIf you're looking for a reliable, honest, and knowledgeable mechanic, look no further than this shop. A few years ago I had a frustrating issue with a belt on my son's car. The car's prior owner had the same issue. After numerous attempts to fix it, I did some searching on Yelp for a local mechanic. The shop was highly rated and the owner, Mishu, not only diagnosed it, he repaired it at no cost! He only asked that if I had any future need for a mechanic, I would check him out. Well, several years (and cars) later, his shop is the go to shop for all of our cars, including both my kid's vehicles when there are issues we can't take care of on our own. I just had another vehicle repaired there this week. There was an additional issue that wasn't directly related to what I had repaired, and they took care of me, BIG TIME! They do what it takes to make sure their customers are satisfied and their reviews speak for themselves. I always recommend Car Pros 1 to any friends and family that need a good mechanic.
