These people are thieves. I spoke with one lady because I wanted to upgrade my husband phone. I traded in my old phone and they "added" the $250 for the credit. I'm looking on my plan and the credit was never added and it said phone was returned. The phone was never returned and we aren't receiving the credits. I will be calling AT&T and escalating this.

I came to AT&T to switch from a provider that I was not getting my needs met. It’s only been 7 days…after today I was informed by AT&T if I wanted the phone I want i will be needing to pay more money. I feel robbed by this company as I’ve never had a cell phone bill be just about 350$ from switching to them as my cell phoned provider.

Went in here to get a new phone. The employee Jazmine R was very cold and rude, any questions I had were met with short / annoyed responses. I asked about phone insurance and told her I did not want it, she said "it comes with your phone and you have to pay for it" well after calling 611, I found out that is not at all the case. They removed it for me and credited me. She straight up just lied. I don't know if they get commission for that or what, but I really don't appreciate being forced into a service I don't want. I will never come back to this store again. (Everyone else was nice enough though)

Great experience, Frankie made me and my daughter feel welcome by going above and beyond. Helping my daughter understand her new phone and helping her set up her account. Even after our 1st visit, Frankie was available when I needed help on understanding my billing statement.

Luis was super helpful. He helped me order my upgrade phone and answered all my questions. I came in again today because unfortunately someone stole my phone. Luis was very helpful with the process of ordering my phone again. I really appreciate his customer service 10/10! (7/25/23)

This is the second time I've came in to try and remove 3 lines on the family account onto their own account. And it has been extremely difficult to do just that. In store won't touch it because they say i have to call wireless. I call 611 and ask to speak to the specific department and everyone claims they can help then have me running in circles giving my phone number and code. For 20 minutes only to be told that they cannot handle my request. And once transferred, you guessed it. They hang up on me. And I start the cycle all over again. Who would've thought cancelling a line even to try and go to Verizon and nope. My social security would still be tied to it. And I'm still on the phone as I write this review. AT&T you need to do better. I come from a customer service management background from a huge retailer and this is unacceptable & at this point ridiculous.

Jazmine was so helpful! She answered all my questions, gave my multiple quotes and gave me the best customer service! I love her energy she is so nice, friendly and very very professional! I would definitely refer my friends and customers to her!
