“Came here to get a few things as I always do, during my shopping I encounter staff by the name of Phillip who not only greeted me with a smile and a gesture of asking how my day was going, he also pointed me in the direction of stuff I needed and didn’t hesitate to ask if I needed more help as he was helping others do the same. I remember getting this type of treatment many years ago were customer service was most important and Philip understands the importance of taking care of his customers. I wish we had many more Philips in customer service everywhere. Thank You Philip you absolutely made my day.”

“I went it today to make a payment on my car loan, and I was greeted by Anica. She was very sweet, and helpful. I was making a payment on my past due loan, and she took care of all my concerns and was very reassuring but professional too. I usually try avoiding going to the bank with the long wait times but my visit was quick and easy. I left the bank with a smile on my face all thanks to Anica.”
