I always take my car here. They are trustworthy and super friendly! One time I got an oil change at a different location that said I would also need about $800 worth of other work. After they gave me A print out I went to elite tire and auto and they told me I don't need any of that other work.! I was so mad at the other company for ripping off people like that! And my car has been running great. I 100% trust elite tire and auto and recommend all of my friends and family to go there !

Driving back to work during a rainy day, my tire pressure light came on. I parked and looked at my tire and saw a nail in it and heard air leaking out. Drove down the street to Elite, and they took me right in and patched it. Done within 20 minutes. Great, fast service and excellent customer service. Going to go back to get some new tires and wheels put on sometime soon.

The customer service here is pretty amazing! My car was shaking so I took it to Elite tire & Auto. I pulled up and right off the bat he already had an idea of what it was. It took him about 7 to 10 minutes to fix the problem. Not only did he fix the problem but he also help me to understand exactly what it was that was making it shake. So I definitely recommend this place.

This auto shop has always been my go to for my car maintenances. big or small they get it done. Friendly staffs and quick services in a timely matter. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for quality work. Prices here are pretty good too!! Remember you get what you pay for.. No disappointments here

I found this shop while looking for a repair shop that would accept payments (he uses Snap Finance, love it!) I checked between 3 local shops and found this one with pretty much all 5 star reviews. I, a woman, went into this shop with my husbands car, needing it to be serviced and have tires put on so he could drive to Oklahoma from California. Steve looked over the whole car, even checked things twice and showed/explained them to me so I could better understand. We were so pleased once our first car made it, we brought back our second car. Same deal needing a tune up (much more than the other car). The day after he checked over my car to see what work needed to be done, my car was hit. Not only did he still fix my car problems but he was also able to fix up the damaged bumper so I could still drive the car to Oklahoma 7 days later. If you need a testament to his work, I drove 2 vehicles for 5 days straight across the US safely with 4 kids + 3 cats and it was all due to his knowledge and expertise. He also has some pretty cool hobby cars I got to see and Snarf is the cutest dog to hang out with in the office ac if you're waiting on your rental car. I went into his shop alone as a woman and got the most professional, polite and incredible service. Thank you for everything Steve!

I can not say enough about this shop. They are consistently the lowest price by far, and most importantly honest! As a woman with zero knowledge in cars, I've gone to this shop with a previous bid of $1200 for extensive repairs, to walk out with all I actually needed for under $200. I travel all the way from Tracy to Modesto for the honesty and integrity, and truly hard work of this shop. They also have always given me the best deal on tires! Highly recommend.

All I wanted to do was get 4 tires for my son to go back-and-forth to work so went here and he ripped me off 1st off he overcharged me Sold me 4 used for 150 totally took advantage of the fact that I am woman. Then i got the wrong size since i didn't have the car & he wouldn't exchange or return store credit nothing. At 1st he acted like he was going to change them for 3 brand new then tells me no. I was just there yesterday. Then i ask for a receipt and he refused. TOTAL CON MAN. I guess he has no business so is desperate for Every dollar Hey can get. I called a few other places and told them the situation and they said they would have had no problem returning these tires they were clearly marked with his white marker and his numbers and that would not have been an issue And no problem returning these tires
